7 Bay boat tour Huatulco - It was a fantastic day on this tour. We were picked up at our rental Airbnb in a swanky SUV. The boat was mid size, so not to small and not to big. The staff on this boat all were professional, friendly and fun. We had music on our boat with a bathroom. It’s a full day stopping along the way on the 7 bay tour. I would highly recommend this tour with this company.

Great Day!! - We were picked up punctually at our hotel and taken to the marina. We sat on the upper deck and had great views. We saw a humpback whale, a sea turtle, a school of black tuna, cormorants, egrets and pelicans. Chachacual Beach is lovely and we enjoyed our time there. The young man driving the boat was excellent and it was easy getting on and off the boat. The crew were friendly and helpful. The trip was well-organized and was run on time. We had an awesome day and highly recommend this tour!! Thank you.

Wonderful day!! - The boat ride was great, plenty of beverages on board, the beach we spent time at to enjoy and snorkel at was wonderful. We saw a lot of fish, a manta ray, and puffer fish. On the way back, we saw a whale and her baby, a manta ray skimming the surface, and beautiful scenery.

Good value for money beach stay with snorkeling - The tour is a good value for money if you like a beach stay. The beach was excellent. The boat was very good. The team on the boat took a great care of us. They offered professional photographer, water and sodas. The commentary was in two languages with equal attention to both. In addition, and it is not guaranteed, we saw turtles, jumping ray, mother and cub whales. Finally, to be able to make it to our cruise ship in time, we had to skip lunch in a good restaurant at the end of the tour. We were thinking about taking a taxi to town, but Paraiso were kind enough to send a van to pick us up at the restaurant. It was not even in the advertised program of the tour. Thank you Jose for waiting for us with the van ready when we arrived at the restaurant.

More of a local flavour of tour than a 'tourist party boat.' - Smaller boat experience with approx 30 persons leaving earlier from the marina than the big boats (9:30 instead of 10:30.) This gets you out onto the water and the beaches before the crowds of other boats. We almost had the first beach all to ourselves for the first hour. Cold pop & bottled water were given out multiple times on our trip and all the crew were friendly and helpful. About 80% of our fellow passengers were Mexican tourists so major descriptions happened in Spanish with abbreviated info in English immediately after. We didn't have a problem with this as I understand a lot of Spanish, at least to get the gist of the descriptions, and explained more to my husband after the English commentary. I would suggest doing a bit of pre-trip research into the beaches' names & history so you get a fuller experience if you only speak English. Don't let that stop you from taking this Paraiso Huatulco tour as it is more of a private, personalized experience and your fellow passengers are more interested in the tour itself and the destinations and experiences than with being a loud crowd of 'partiers.' Our fellow passengers were friendly & kind and a few of the couples that snorkeled shared their experiences with us and we all looked at the "ocean-life spotter" laminated card and discussed what they saw. A refreshing snack was included on the first beach - a cup filled with spears of cucumber and jicama dosed if you wished with a slightly spicy sauce. On the second beach where you can have lunch (we brought our own because I have celiac disease and needed to be safe) they direct you to a particular restaurant that I would suggest patronizing. They have the best beach chairs and umbrellas. We went down the beach to try elsewhere and the chairs were mostly broken and the umbrellas were tiny. Please read the description for necessary costs that are NOT included in the tour price and budget accordingly. No one seemed to collect the money for the National Park but be prepared anyhow, and also bring 5 pesos for the washrooms at the last (lunch) beach. If you have to do anything major (bathroom-wise) it's best to go on the boat as the washroom is NONEXISTENT on the first beach and very primitive non flush toilet on the second beach. Paper goes in the basket, not in the toilet. This boat is small enough that they can back right up to the beach and you can hop off easily, the other big tour boats must anchor out in the bay and ferry passengers to the beach via small shuttle boats. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and saw porpoises play alongside the boat (no whales this round though.)

Great Day Trip - This was a great way to get an idea of Huatulco from the water. Our staff were friendly and informative, the boat was comfortable, and we got to see a lot of stuff. I wasn't thrilled with the restaurant they dropped us at for lunch, but I don't know if any restaurants on that beach are any better. You can bring your own beer on the boat and they will ice it for you if you want. The price was well worth it!

Boat Day! - We spent the day between the boat and beach. I would have preferred more time out in the boat. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly.

Don’t do it! - This company is HORRIBLE and a big rip off. We prepaid for a day tour at the airport, then spent hours texting in fluent Spanish as the reps claimed that we had no reservation. The guy picked us up but when we got to the beach we discovered that we could not rent snorkeling gear without all cash. We were about 50 pesos short and the company would not budge. Then we paid our own fare for the boat and taxes etc. Save yourself the headache and don’t bother with Paraíso.
