Lovely beach day in Huatulco - This tour was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my day on this tour. All of the staff that were there were VERY helpful and friendly. They made us feel safe on the boat and especially while snorkeling in a strong current. Just like anything there are some pros and cons. The tour was supposed to be in English and it was actually in Spanish. I speak okay Spanish so it was fine but for those that don’t speak it, it could be challenging. I’m not fully sure if we did everything in the itinerary. I was expecting to see more than we did. However, overall it was a great experience for me as a beach lover and as someone who loves snorkeling. We got to see some beautiful fish so in the end it was fully worth it.

BOAT Tour was the BEST - I had a great time!! I highly recommend doing the tour because you get to see so much of Huatulco. Everyone working in and off the boat was helpful and friendly. Decided to do the snorkeling (extra cost), and it was worth it. As a non swimmer, my guide made me feel safe and was patient with me.

Personal opinion - Super friendly, very good punctuality, they should move the boats away from the snorkeling area, the fish will disappear. Improve microphone audio quality

Lovely day on water - We very much enjoyed this day trip. My comments are be prepared to pay for umbrella/chair rental on first beach, 250 pesos which we found to be rather a lot but guy collecting would not retreat from that cost though we spoke to others later on our boat who paid less. Restaurant we were guided to on second stop had very little for we vegans to choose, guacamole or a small plate of French fries, both 150 pesos or $12.50 which we also found to be expensive and not particularly appetizing. Again trip was very nice and staff super; however, had we known forgoing would have pressed re umbrella payment (did leave a bit of a bad taste) and would have brought lunch for ourselves on second point.

Scam tour? It wasn't so good. - We just traveled to vacation at Secrets Huatulco hotel, so we rented airport-hotel and hotel-airport transportation. So long. The part that we didn’t like was that in addition to that we bought a tour to the bays of Huatulco and it turned out to be a half tour. We confirmed days later with local people from Huatulco that this was a scam said tour, because apparently they are already handled in the same way each time with the same dynamic to finish the tour. Here the context... We left the port in a catamaran and were taken to see if that was the case only 4 bays of 9 (when they had said we were going to see 9 but we would only stop at 2 of them; one for snorkeling activity that you also pay separately and another stop in Bahía Maguey to be able to eat at one of the available restaurants). As soon as we reached the 4th bay they gave "the instruction" to take precaution for bad weather and then in the meantime make stop at the bay for snorkeling activity. Out of nowhere, and coincidentally, through radio and at the direction of the authorities, the port was closed, so we could not return to the starting point, so our return would be by land and not by catamaran. So after the snorkeling we were taken to bay maguey to eat and ready, that's where it all ended. We eat and then each group to their transport to return to the hotel. It should be mentioned that all the time they kept coming and there were other catamarans with other groups of people. We didn’t give it much importance until local people in Huatulco asked, “How was the tour? Didn’t they apply the one of: the port was closed due to bad weather? So apparently they saw our faces. We definitely won't take tours with them again.
