Professional and very affordable transport from HUX - Best deal and service for the price available from the airport in my opinion. Staff were professional, the combi was clean. They'll pretty much take you anywhere in the area, but if it's an Air BnB,have a map of where you're staying in case they're not familiar with it.

Easy, stress free transportation everytime! - Our driver was right on time and was very friendly and helpful. The van was clean and comfortable. We also shared an interesting and fun conversation on the way into town and on to our hotel.

Paraiso Huatulco Shuttle - Driver was on time . He drove very safely, which I appreciate. The road from airport to the hotel was really curvy and I didn’t doubt his skills at all.

Seamless and easy - Got us from the airport to the hotel safe and sound. Was easy to identify the company. We requested the AC on once we were driving and they turned it on for us. It was a shared ride, not a private vehicle as I was expecting but for the short ride, and we were the seond stop it was fine. We booked with an airline bus for the return trip at the excusions desk.

Can improve - The punctual service. Only that I had to write several times to confirm, they were not clear about my reservation, instead of them contacting you I had to look for them to find out what time it would happen. The clean and optimal units to take you to your destination.

I was not added on the pick up list. Took hour and half to be picked up.wiich involved multiple calls. - They forgot to include us in the list of guests to be picked up. I asked one of the members of the Company and he said he couldn’t do anything and didn’t try to assist. I called the company and the person was apologetic and that someone would come shortly. We waited for an hour and a half. We already had been traveling for 16 hours to get here.

They tell you that they agree to pick you up at a certain time and without prior notice they pass by earlier, they don't wait for you and they don't send you another rude person. - Very bad experience they confirmed the service at one hour and they arrived an hour early and due to their disappointment they canceled the trip in addition to being very grateful
