Unique and spectacular experience - Amazing tour!! The sea is blue!! The wonderful caves! The experience and image of getting out of the cave is unique and spectacular. Stable and fast kayaks. Marco is responsible for guiding the tour. Very experienced, teaches how to sail and manoeuvres to do. Tips: shoe to step on the rocks, 1 bottle of water, if possible glasses and snorkel to enjoy the sea bath. Marco takes pictures. But if you want to bring cell phone, it has to be on the cover waterproof .

Sea Kayaking with Marco near Leuca, Puglia Italy. - Great experience - excellent instruction prior to getting in the water. Equipment all ship shape! Then Marco gave us the best experience in the sea and caves near Leuca. Would recommend to all travellers - not to be missed!!

Beautiful Kayak Tour - The sea and scenery were gorgeous, an amazing part of Italy. A 5 out of 5 for sure. However, was quite disappointed with the guide (rate a 2.5 or 3) The kayak lesson was quick, yet well done, it was what we needed to get out and kyak on the sea. The guide was always far ahead, very rarely checking on the group of kayakers he was responsible for. Especially on the way back. I honestly don't think he would have noticed a missing kayak until returning to the original point of departure. Our guide and the partner who helped the group get in the kayaks at the start, and out when we returned, were quite abrupt. The kayak experience itself, the caves, the coastline, the gorgeous blue water was amazing, So beautiful, a definite must when in the south of Italy.

Poorly non-organised tour - Only 2 stars because we could have done the same tour on our own and it would have been the same if not more enjoyable. The same way as you don’t rate a city tour on whether the city is nice but on the quality of your guide, our guide was basically useless. He gave us a quick session on how to use the kayak but then on the tour itself he was just around not explaining or giving information. He led us into a very low cave without warning and the first members of the group got scared, wouldn’t get in and stuck all of us. Similarly, we had a swimming break and before going back, he led us into the cave. He had his phone in his hand so we thought it was for a picture at the entry of the cave, but no. We kept going deeper and deeper without knowing where we were going. In the end, it was just to do the inside of the cave on foot without light so very dangerous especially if you need glasses to see and don’t have proper sea shoes. I would advise to take a hat you can wet and your normal glasses even if they tell you otherwise (no sun glasses because then you cannot see anything in the cave as it is too dark). I will pass on the fact that our tour had to be rescheduled and it took quite some time to find a new date. Overall the tour lacked coordination and explanation on where we were going and what to expect. This decreased our enjoyment and could be dangerous if you are a bit claustrophobic, prone to panic attacks, afraid of the dark or if you need glasses and do not take them with you. The nature was beautiful and kayaking was fun though. But this would have been fun anyway without the guide.

Short-term cancellation by providers - After Saturday morning we were confirmed the paddling on Sunday morning, we received at 22hoo the information via WhatsApp that the tour was not taking place (there were 2 missing of min. 6 participants). It was only said in the chat that the possible short-termity were in the terms and conditions and they can also cancel us 1 hour in advance. A change of booking would have been possible on the part of the provider.
