It's worth it - The guide of the solferies was very friendly and available and fun. He sought to answer our questions. What I liked most was the experience with the lemon sharks.

Perfect to see the key attractions the Cape Verde Sal has to offer, highly recommend for fun afternoon - This is perfect if you are looking for a short trip to see the key attractions Sal has to offer. The guide Kiki was funny, kind and shared some great info about the island and local people. It was great to spend half an hour with sharks rather than the standard 15min (I believe you get shorter times in each stop if you book the full day trip) . The Salt lake is definitely the must see place, nothing compares to the feeling of salt on your skin after you come out from the lake. Would recommend Sal Experience 100%, they have answered all my questions prior the trip and provided very useful guidance.

Excellent Experience - Excellent experience all round. We did the full-day trip and were impressed with the guide. We also enjoyed visiting the authentic parts of the island as well as the tourist attractions.

For exploring the Sal island, Sal experience is the best choice. - We take 2 trips with Sal experience and both was perfect. Local guides knows very much, they explained us about the history of the island and showed us places that without a local guide would remain unseen. Just like you are visiting an island with a friend. Thank you

Interesting Island tour. - Our guide was very friendly, helpful and interesting. We were disappointed by the shark experience, but that wasn't his fault. It's difficult to see or photograph these sharks well because of the rippling sea all the time. We'd expected something similar to our sting ray experience, when they were really easy to see, & the sea was above our waists, instead of around our ankles. However that's how it is in reality, & they showed it to us as well as it could be. Swimming in the Salinas was fun. Seeing a large part of the island, together with information about each place, and the way of life, was great.

Family half day tour of Sal - The 3 hour tour was sufficient but I do advise to wear hard sole water shoes like crocks when going to see the lemon sharks. If not have you can hire for 2€ which enables you to walk comfortably out to see the sharks. Also suggest if you have water shoes for beach do wear them when you enter the salt lake. You must rub the mud from the lake onto your body for an amazing experience.

Baby sharks still a bit scary - Kiki was a great guide with sense of humour and informative about history of salt mine and Sal. You will pay 2 euro for shoes to see sharks and 6 euros to enter the Salinas (salt lake)

Sharks and salt - Great trip. Guide very knowledgeable. Strange experience to be standing in water being circled by small sharks and later floating in highly salinated water. All in the group enjoyed the day.

A small tour of Sal (about 3 hours) - Punctual pickup, George good driver and Eloiso, our guide, always attentive and helpful gave us detailed information about Sal and the tour locations. Considering the 3 places of the tour and the fact that the water shoes €2 and Saline ticket €6 They are extra, I recommend decreasing the cost of the excursion.

A must do excursion in Sal - Visiting the Salt Lake and seeing the lemon Sharks were enjoyable experiences. The guides were informative and helpful. The transport was an old bone shaker of a minibus which didn’t make you feel completely safe.
