This trip will take you to Salt Lake Salinas of Pedra de Lume, the second saltiest water in the world after the Dead Sea, an incredible lake where you can lie down and float, even if you can’t swim, and you will be left with smooth skin as if you had a natural scrub. Next, you will travel to Buracona, where you will see the “Blue Eye”, one of the 7 wonders of the island and its natural pool, where you will have time to swim in its crystal clear waters if the conditions are ideal for bathing.
Then you will move on to Miragem, where you will see the fata morgana effect of water illusions in the desert. Admire the natural reserve of Murdeira Bay and enjoy the beautiful view of Lion mountain. At the end, you will visit Shark Bay, where you will experience lemon sharks in their natural habitat up close.
Enjoy a half-day island tour and visit places like Blue Eye, Miragem, Salinas Salt lake and Shark Bay. Swim in the salt lake and Buracona natural pool with your group, before heading out to sea to see some lemon sharks.

Island tour with Christian. - From the start to the end of our tour Christian was amazing!!!
He shared so much knowledge about the island of Sal.
We never felt rushed at any of our stops. He was also a very inventive photographer at the mirage😀
We would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see the top attractions of Sal 🇨🇻

Very nice trip, a great way to see Sal Island! - The guide was very prompt, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.
It was only a small group and we didn't have to wait in any queue's. A great way to see the whole of Sal Island in 4 hours!

Great value - The tour was well planned stopping at the blue eye first, then the mirage in the desert. We then headed to the beach for the lemon sharks and finally the salt lakes. Our guide and driver were great, very knowledgeable and informative. The tour was not rushed and was a fantastic way to see the island and visit some of the attractions. Well worth the £39 each. This included entrance fees to attractions. Great value and a great experience. Thanks

Very nice round trip in Sal - German speaking tour with a very well informed and very friendly guide (Ronny) and a very attentive driver (Dennis). It was a lot of fun. But be sure to take a bottle of water with you!

Once in a lifetime trip - Fantastic tour guide , we took funny pictures In the desert and saw the illusion of water . Shark bay was once in a life time experience and a must do. Just beware of how rocky it is in the sea water shoes is a must. I'd say hold onto someone for safety as the waves can hit hard also. Again salt lake amazing . Just float back and relax it's beautiful. The blue eye is something also to see you may not get the chance anywhere else the sea is ahead too and looks amazing above the rocks. All in all a great half day trip

Would highly recommend Eddie and Jackson from Sal Experiences an excellent trip - Used local guides Eddie and Jackson from Sal experiences they were amazing really friendly and knowledgeable. Ttip was excellent and we got to see more than we expected. Received WhatsApp message day before with information on picked up at Riu Funana at 8.40 only 3 pick ups local 11 of us went through Espargos to see mirage then across the desert to blue eye there’s a small gift shop toilets and cafe there then through Palmera fishing bill to shark bay -ideally you need crocks or good water shoes it’s very rocky sharks amazing really interesting marine guide then to salt lake it’s a bit of a walk up and down €1 to use shower after there’s toilets and small cafe… back at hotel 1.20pm… great no messing around no time wasting felt very safe and looked after would highly recommend. The same trip with Tui would be a full day at €100 then shark experience 1/2 day €25.

Nice half day trip - Each part of the trip was good and well timed. Sharks were great to see (although make sure you have crocs) and the salt lake was cool and very salty.

Unpacked island in a tour - Pick up at the hotel by minibus. Brief explanation of the route and then we started to the first station Terra Boa. During the trip we (2 adults and 2 children [10 & 8 years]) were able to ask our guide questions and learned a lot about the island.
Afterwards we went to the Blue Eye, here we had a little wait.
The next stop was at the Salinas, where we could swim in the salt lake.
Finally we went to Shark Bay where small lemon sharks swam around your legs.
We were then taken back to our hotel.
For the most part it was on dirt roads that shook you up well.
We liked the about 4 hour trip and it was not boring for the children as the distances from stop to stop were rather short.

Sal experience - We had a very nice time and didn’t feel like it was rushed and got to experience everything perfectly (the only let down was we didn’t see the blue eye as it was a cloudy day but we knew this could happen so was no fault of anyone) would highly recommend to get to see parts of the island and do different things in a few hours
