Excellent Island tour - Xen was a warm and friendly guide who took excellent photos for us at every stop. Packed a lot into 4 hours but not too tiring or rushed. Would definitely recommend this trip for good overall introduction to the Island.

Fantastic guide - Our guide was excellent and the tour was just long enough given the heat. Really interesting to see all the hidden gems of Sal.

I recommend! - The trip introduced us to the tourist area of the island and also to the real day-to-day life of the people who live here and the conditions in which they live. Our guide, Kiki, was 5*, always very cheerful and communicative, he was excellent company.

Best organized tour - The tour was very well organized. Our guide Chan knew how to coordinate the three sightseeing stops well so that we were always there before everyone else. He also spoke several languages fluently and was able to give everyone the information in their native language. I can highly recommend Sal Experience!

Great experience - Not for the faint hearted, nor unsteady on your feet. We loved the whole half day excursion , nice small group. Picked up from hotel, as specified. Straight to shark bay, baby lemon sharks in abundance, they didn’t bother me, but the walk out across slippery rocks was a worry, step by step, as they say, the guide helped me, and was brilliant. No fingers in the water, (I was just nervous about slipping over!) But slow and steady you get to see the beautiful baby lemon sharks, about 18 inches long, but in every way looks like a shark, they don’t bite unless antagonised, so listen to the guide! MOST IMPRESSIVE WAS THE LACK OF COMMERCIAL IMPACT, THE SHARKS ARE NOT FED, SO AS TO RETAIN THEIR NATURAL HUNTING INSTINCT. So they really care. With Jeff, Beth, Ria, Julie and Debbie 18/04/24 Next stop is the salt lake, a fairly steep walk down to the lake, there is a cafe there, and a shower after your floating experience is €1 for 30 seconds, we didn’t bother. Next on is the blue eye, I couldn’t look down/over as there was only one railing so to get a view was difficult, the guide took a picture for us. It’s a hole in the rock where the sun hits the water below and it’s a beautiful blue colour. You then walk down to the ‘cliff edge ‘ , to dive into an inlet, the sea feeding ii is quite rough, but safe and deep, swimmers only, my only concern was getting back out across the rocks, which can be tricky. Cafe at top selling locally made crafts. We had an amazing time Then on to s shop to taste the local grog. Then back to hotel , take swim shoes or rent theirs for €2 !
