Tierra nativa experience - Leading this horseback ride to Playa Los Naranjos is always a joy for me. Sharing the wonders of this beautiful landscape with visitors is incredibly rewarding. Along the trail, I love pointing out the medicinal plants that have been used for generations by local communitiesāitās amazing to see how nature provides so much. The birdlife here is equally fascinating, and I take pride in helping guests spot and identify the different species, from colorful parrots to majestic herons. Seeing their excitement as we reach the beach, with its golden sand and turquoise waters, makes every tour special. Itās a privilege to guide people through this magical place and share the stories of its flora and fauna.

AMAZING experience! - The experience was absolutely amazing! Our guide Juan David and Elda were super nice and explained us a lot about the surroundings. The horse ride was simply stunning, with scenic views within the jungle and on the river and beach. The experience was fully tailored to us, and to the fact that we were comfortable with horses, allowing us to adjust the pace as wanted. Super worthy and highly recommended, thank you Juan David and Elda for this unforgettable experience!

Horseback riding in a wet tropical forest paradise in the Orange groves (Tairona Park) - The Guide is native with excellent command of various dialects. He very kindly explained to us about the ancestral territory that was inhabited by the Tayrona community, of which today there are indigenous people from four communities: Arhuaco, Kankuamo, Kogui and Wiwa.
In the riding he showed us medicinal plants and the uses given for each. He introduced us to indigenous people from the area with whom we share a magical moment and receive food (palm coconuts) and barter when we give him our food. He is also an excellent certified drone pilot and shot some beautiful nature and sunset videos.
It generated a lot of confidence to cross a river that entered the sea inhabited small harmless alligators, which moved away as horses passed through the water. And also excellent shots at the seaside.
Excellent adventure in a magical paradise.

Beautiful horse ride and beach swim through Tayrona - It was a very beautiful experience. The views are amazing and the guide is very warming and uplifting. You don't need any experience riding a horse, just relax and let him take you.
The guide told us about some of the indegenous history which was very insightful. On the way back we ate some fresh mango from the tree and were lucky enough to see some small monkeys in the trees!
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an adventure.

Cruelty to animals - All the horses you see in the Tayrona are poorly looked after - emaciated and get no water during the day! And nothing to eat. You should be ashamed!
Whoever rides there has lost all respect for living beings
