Fun Activity In Santa Marta! - We had a great time on this excursion. A friendly French couple owns the catamaran. They are long-time expats living in Colombia and on the side like to take groups sailing on their boat. They were great hosts and I’d recommend this tour to anyone. We would definitely do it again and hope to in the future!

Cancelled less than 90 minutes prior to departure - Booked the trip night before. Next day just before 1 pm receive a message on WhatsApp asking when I booked it. They claimed they hadn't received an email and would have to cancel. This was my last full day in Santa Marta and ruined plans for the day. Could not rebook later in the week. Review is so others are aware of the risk. I think at the time they cancelled Trip Advisor was still showing that day as available. Obviously there is an issue in the way the tour is setup either on Trip Advisor or with the company. Company claimed they normally needed 48 hours advance notice but again that's not stated anywhere on the page. So page needs to be revised and the scheduling system needs revised.
