Hotel or meeting point - Altos de la Sierra Lodging

Minca - 5:00 AM departure from the hotel.
6:15 AM. Breakfast in Minca.
7:00 AM. We continue for 2 hours and 30 minutes during this time we will enjoy passing small waterfalls and a beautiful landscape until we reach Moncho’s hostel, we will have a delicious coffee and enjoy the great canyon with a view of the glaciers.
9:30 AM. We begin the trekking, and from that moment we enjoy the presence of the clouds and we can explore some species of the forest.
11:00 AM. 3,000 MTSSNM highest point that we will find in the whole journey, if we have some luck we can enjoy a three-sixty view where you can see the city, we continue trekking downhill until we reach the ALTOS DE LA SIERRA Hostel.
12:00 AM. Lunch and afternoon of hammocks, reading and sharing with the local family.
7:00 PM Dinner and rest.

Lodging in the Sierra Highlands - Hostel Palace of the Clouds

Minca - 5.30 AM We will have a delicious organic coffee or tea if you prefer and enjoy the sunrise.
7.00 AM. Breakfast time and we prepare our backpacks to continue.
8.00 AM. We begin a walk down a virgin mountain where we can appreciate the flora and fauna that lives there.

12.30 AM. We arrive at Cascada Aluna, mother and protector of the mountain.
12.30 PM. After enjoying this beautiful waterfall we will have a snack.

1.00 PM. We continue 1 hour uphill until we reach the Palacio de las Nubes.
2.00 PM. Lunch and rest and at the end of the afternoon we share with the local family.
7.00 PM. Dinner and rest.

Hostel Palace of the Clouds - Santa Marta

Minca - 5.30 AM. Sunrise view
6.30 AM. Breakfast is served and then backpacks are prepared to continue.
7.00 AM. Beginning of the Trekking, ascending for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes until reaching 2,220 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.
9.00 AM. We continue the Trek making a short crossing, passing by Granja la Lujana where the descent begins.
10.00 AM. Complete descent until reaching the Velo de Novia waterfall, where you can enjoy this beautiful waterfall and continue to Finca Corea where you will have a traditional peasant lunch.
12.00 PM. Lunch and rest for a few minutes to continue the Trekking.
1.00 PM. Continue for 2 hours until reaching the evacuation point in a 4x4 or motorcycle to return to the city.
5.00 PM. Return to the hotel.
