Not worth it - The boat came with a delay of 20 min, in Santa Ponca. No indicator or sign at the place, we just had to guess that was the meeting point. The trip had a stay also in Peguera, us having had the accomodation there, yet in the online booking this stop was not mentioned. Otherwise we would have taken the boat from Peguera. Too much time wasted at Peguera stay, too much commercial done to the boat itself and its products. Too many languages spoken, to transmit the same message. The trip is trully low quality, it takes you very shortly and too close to the shore and the bath time was lame. 100 m or less, from the shore. The water was not cristal or clear at all.

Horrible!! Bad Service and a racist Captain of the boat! - This was the worst experience ever! We were 7 adults and thought we are gonna have the best day but the whole day was ruined because the cruise didn't show up. I do belive that not enough of ppl had booked and they canceled it at the last minute because we were only 20 ppl waiting for the boat. According to them the engine broke down. We got the information at the port waiting for them being late. They had us waiting for another boat 4 hours just to drive around a Bay for 2 hours and stop for a 20 min swim and then come back without seeing anything special packed with ppl and no space to sit. They didn't compensate us for the second trip, they only paid back the money we spend on taxi to get to the port. The only reason they did this was because we got so upset and they didn't want a bad review I guess but here it is!! The captain was so arrogant and yelled at dark skinned boy in front of everybody because he had a hard time to get out of the water..instead of helping! This is unprofessional and acted like a racist. This is not what I call a good service. Choose another agency for this kind of activities. This was a joke!

Do not choose this trip! You Will regret it!! - Waste of time. Unprofessional and rasist captain who yelles and embaraces a Young black guy for not being able to get out of the water instead of helping him. 2 hours on a boat packed with people just to swim 15 min and turn back. Not worth a penny.
