Amazing experience - Amazing experience .... I rented the boat for me and my daughter (13) she was thrilled, she enjoyed every second of the trip. Adrian made everything so easy to understand as it was my first time driving a boat. If you come to Majorca you shouldn't miss this experience.

10/10 - we were 3 young girls with not much boat experience but the guys were super nice and helpful, they explained us everything and the area around that bay is WONDERFUL. blue water, amazing great price there’s snorkeling equipment on board and fuel is included definitely recommend!

Super activity - We went with the family (2 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 11) and loved this activity. The staff was super friendly and smiling. Precise explanations are given as to where to go for a walk. You can throw ink for swimming, in short, top! (Beware perhaps for the sensitive to watch the swell 😅)

Review of boat trip - It was really good but apart from one problem we had. The instructors where really good and explained everything and seemed very friendly, it's a very reasonable price and has some great places you can take pictures from and just relax you feel free when driving the boat. The only problem we had was we got the anchor stuck in rocks which is admittedly our fault and we had to call for help which was gonna be 50 euros of the 200 we had deposited we called for help approximately 45 mins before the end of our 2 hour session and they didn’t come till our session was basically over which caused us to be late back to the meeting point, we then went to get our deposit back which we thought we would get 150 euros but no apparently because we where late back which wasn’t our fault and we where only 20 mins late back we got charged an extra 20 euros which was annoying.

A disappointing day for us as a family - Made a booking well in advance to experience what it would be like to sail alone. We have a great desire to purchase our own boat and hoped to gain the experience with this booking. Due to bad weather on the day of our booking we have changed the booking to 3 days later. Once they arrived at the reception full of enthusiasm, it appeared that they had overlooked my change and that this was not clearly visible to them. Unfortunately we could not rent the boat on the same day because all boats were already forgiven. We have been offered a new day but the disappointment was so great because we were very much looking forward to this and did not accept their proposal. Advice is therefore NOT to change your booking to avoid disappointments. I have been promised that we will get our full payment back because it is the provider's fault but I soon received an email confirmation that the refund amount is 0.00 euros. I have been confirmed several times by telephone that I really get my money back within 3 to 5 working days. Now wait and see if the money is actually returned.
