Fabulous trip. - Had a fabulous experience with the cruise. Booked with a really nice lady in Santa Ponsa who was very helpful. The cruise was great fun! Stops for swimming were fabulous and the whole thing felt fun with the captain being entertaining and accommodating 😁😁

Very crowded, but you get what you pay for. - Not bad for €40 but if I knew there’d be over 200 people on the boat then I would’ve paid double for half the amount.
What was also unfortunate was that there was a school trip of around 50 teenagers on the strip who slept on their arms, laying across the inside tables.
Now, I totally appreciate this may not happen every trip but they did cause a bit of chaos as they just kept moving about from table to table after each stop. If you left your belongings to ‘reserve’ your table then they just squeezed it to the end and took up the other 8 spaces.
However, the trip itself was quite well organised and the timings were prompt. There were 2x 20min swim stops and a 1 x 40min land stop.
Cans of soda were €2 and beer/sangria were €5/6.
Food was bolognaise, pasta salad and plain salad. Not bad tasting so we didn’t go hungry.
Staff were friendly enough and obviously shook a passive aggressive tip jar on the way out
We were a group of 6 well travelled friends, who all said that we would pay more for less people.
But for €40, you get what you pay for.

Not great. Not very accessible. Not much swim time. - 3 adults, one with significant mobility issues and 2 teenagers.
Asked lots of questions before booking about accessibility. They convinced us it would be OK for our needs. Unfortunately they neglected to tell us there was a half mile walk from the bus stop to the boat and were very impatient when it took us twice as long to walk the distance. Once on board, the snorkels and masks were not free, I think you could hire or rent them but many ppl had not realised this beforehand. No other equipment.
2 short 15-20 swims stops in average locations (not particularly interesting spots). We stopped at andatrx for 40 mins where they pulled right into dock, so no swimming. Told everyone to go have a look around and then served a very basic pasta dish and some salad upon return but due to large numbers on board, many were still queuing for food when we were already back at sea. As the sea was choppy, there were a few being sick and it was difficult walking around with plates of food when moving.
Then they started doing stops on the way back picking up passengers for the afternoon cruise, while we were still on ours.
Boat was not in particularly good condition and we ended up having to sit inside as not many outside seats downstairs.
Have ben on many boat trips and this wasn't a great one.

Disappointing - We were very disappointed as the trip was not as described when we booked it. It felt more like a ferry ride.
There was already passengers on the boat when we were picked up from the jetty in Santa Ponsa. Getting on board was slow as they took pictures of everyone to sell to them so it took a while to get onboards. Seats were limited. The boat could accommodate 250 people, and we had 210 on our cruise. It would have been very uncomfortable at full capacity.
There was 2 swim stops and a stop at the port. You could borrow their snorkel masks for a €10 deposit. We swam at the second stop and there was nothing to see in the water.
When we got back on board they had already started serving lunch which was nice pasta and salad, some bread to accompany it would have been nice. The staff were nice and drinks were reasonably priced.
All in all very disappointed as we were really looking forward to it, but didn't realise much of the trip would be taken up with pick up and drop off of new passengers. No mention of this on their sales information.

Not the experience we were looking forward to! - We booked to go on the Cruise Cormoran for our last full day of a wonderful holiday in Santa Ponsa - thinking it would be the perfect ending to our brilliant week away. We paid around 120 Euros for the 4hr trip with lunch included. We thought it would be a real treat.
We were picked up at the jetty in Santa Ponsa and thought ourselves lucky to be pretty much at the front of the queue as there was a hell of a lot of people behind us - we felt like we would be certain to get a seat on the top deck for the amazing scenery. Alas no, the boat had already picked up a lot of passengers from another cove which we weren't aware of - this meant to the top deck was already full! We had to sit inside the boat with the whole crowd of fellow new passengers and we were very cramped up inside. The crew were friendly but we could barely hear the captain speaking and it was very difficult to understand his commentary (or lack of it) on the cruise and didn't really know which areas of the coastline we were passing, which was a shame. A short while in, the boat stopped to let passengers swim in the sea for around 10 minutes, we all set sail again and around 10 minutes later there was a panic on board as one passenger was missing - he had been left in the sea - there musn't have been a head count or safety measures in place to check all swimmers had come back on board. It was a very worrying situation. The boat had to turn back and quickly return to find the passenger - luckily he was found and well, after swimming about 100 metres towards the boat with no lines or aids thrown to him to assist him, but once safely on board the Captain was shouting at him that he had ruined the trip for the other passengers, it was quite uncomfortable to witness.
The boat stopped at Port Andryx but we were only given 20 minutes to look around - which was just about enough time to get a cold drink from the shop and then it was time to get back onto the boat, It was pointless really.
As soon as we were back on board it was lunch time - which consisted of two big plastic containers filled with plain pasta with salad or a bolognese option - this meant everyone queueing in the middle deck completely taking up the narrow space in the aisle - it was quite chaotic. We waited til the end to get our dinner but it was quite a disappointing bland meal, not the delicious lunch we were anticipating.
In summary we were left feeling dissatisfied with our trip, it was a bit of a let down for our last day - we wished wed spent the day doing something else. The views were amazing at times but the whole experience on the boat left us feeling quite miserable, it feels like a bit of a money spinner without much care for the passengers.

Oversold experience in many ways - avoid! - Paid 35 euros for a 4-hr trip which included snorkelling stops. Very poor experience compared to previous such excursions on other European holidays.
Boat arrived in Santa Ponsa at 1.25pm for 1.30pm sail. Queues and ticket checking took 20mins and we also stopped another 20mins later for another 20mins to pick up more people. Only then did we properly head off. Probably 60pc occupied with 125 people onboard.
There's little information and few announcements. It's a double deck boat for what is called the Nirvana cruise. It has a toilet and a bar selling hot dogs, crisps, beer and ice cream.
There are only lifejackets for small kids and the snorkels require a 10 euro cash refundable deposit. The snorkelling areas we went to (two stops) were very choppy and no attempt was made by the crew to try other waters or to engage with customers. All in all, very disappointing. There's far better experiences out there.

Avoid at all costs - Bad points -
Extremely rude staff, openly hear the crew members discussing the paying people, asking the females if there bikinis come off to leave them off, you could not hear a word spoken by the captain of the ship, over booked to get numbers in, begging for tips on leaving the ship, the ship needs a complete overhaul, everything was hardworking for the staff even serving a drink, risking the customers safety at two swim stops, the sea was rough but this was not advised a health and safety disaster waiting to happen, advertised to take you to see the outer islands didn't go, on arrival in Andratx shouting at everyone that if your not back you get left there and it was your fault, openly discussing the size of passengers by using arms and openly laughing.
Good Points -
Food was OK, you got to some of the stunning Majorcan coastline
Last thing -
Avoid at all costs 150 euros for a benny hill show on water waiting to sink
You have been warned

Absolute Rip off. Do not waste your money. - Booked at the kiosk where we were told that the catamaran would pick us up at the quay and to arrive 15 minutes early. The trip was apparently to board and we would be taken around the bay where we would stop and swim before heading off to Port Andratx. We would then be given lunch before heading back.
In reality we arrived at the port 20 minutes early, the boat arrived and the top deck was already full where people had been picked up from a previous stop. There was no queuing system and everybody just started surging forward in a bun fight to get on. The crew made everybody stop in pairs to take photos so they could sell at the end even when we said no thanks to try and speed up the process of getting on the said we need to for insurance purposes, with a laugh, resulting in us not even leaving until an hour later. As the top deck was full we were packed into the underneath area which was hot, stuffy and extremely smelly with body odour and the smell of toilets. When we stopped to swim it was for 15 minutes only and everyone on board had to enter the sea by the 2 sets of steps at the back of the boat. Again it was free for all and some people did not even manage to get in before being called back on to get round to the port. One of the crew walked round offering everybody on the lower deck sick bags, which were definitely needed. On arrival at Port Andratx it was such a relief to get off the boat. I cannot comment on what the lunch was like or the return journey as I made my own way home by taxi vowing not to step foot back on that boat again. Absolutely disgusted that they can get away with selling a trip that was definitely not as described.

Herded like cattle - horrible day - Just back from an awful trip, mainly because there were too many people packed onto the boat.
We queued for ages in the baking sun to get onboard (didn't help that they stopped people to take photos to buy as soon as they boarded). Once we were onboard we chose sit downstairs out of the sun but it really stank of urine.
The boat had picked people up before us so there was limited space. The sign said there were 250 people onboard. It was rammed.
At the first chance for a swim we had to queue to get in the water and didn't get chance to get in before everyone was called back onboard. It was 10 mins max!
We then went for a rushed trip to Port Andratx. We had 40 mins and were told the boat would be gone if we weren't back onboard in time. Pointless stop as just a load of cafes with no time to enjoy and it was right before lunch. We seemed to lose 85 people as the capacity changed to 165.
When we were back onboard we joined another massive queue to get our lunch. I thought we would be eating off the boat in a nice location but unfortunately we ate with the smell of wee and a huge queue of people lining next to our table.
We finally got chance to have a swim for about 15 to 20 minutes which was chaos. If they had just told people to get off one side and get back on another side it would have been safer but there was no safety guidance at all.
We then spent the final part of the journey dropping off people and picking up more people at a different resort. A few of the people who were picked up had to stand until we were dropped off as there were no seats left.
We spent 214 euros on this trip and it was rubbish. The company are just greedy packing so many people onboard. If it had been 50 to 100 people it would have been ideal.
I live on an island and I've had better experiences on our local passenger ferry.
