Fun adventure with tour... - Fun adventure with tour guide Herbert. We toured various spots in historic San Salvador, hiked a bit to amazing views, experienced the rainbow slide, and had a fun lunch at a true local restaurant. Herbert made everything easy and enjoyable.

Great tour of El Salvador 🇸🇻 - We booked this tour as our first outing while in El Salvador. Rafa was our guide and he was amazing. He picked us up from our hotel in a clean and well air conditioned van. Rafa was well versed in El Salvadoran history and gave us background and context as we explored San Salvador. My favorite part of this tour was exploring the national park. It was beautiful and the air was fresh. Rafa took great photos and was kind and patient. Iit was two of us and the other person in my party was not a fan of heights or hiking, however this tour was enjoyable for her. There is walking involved but not hiking. I highly recommend this tour as an introduction to El Salvador!

Perfect tour of El Salvador - This was a great experience and Herbert was a great tour guide. He was punctual, personable, communicated well what to expect, and very knowledgeable of the El Salvadorian history. The tours themselves were informative, interesting, and fun to experience. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves!

Definitely book this tour! So much to see and do in one day! - This was an amazing tour to see so much of San Salvador in 1 day. Herbert was our guide, and did an excellent job! He picked us up from our AirBB on time, with water and a large van with AC. We started the day sight seeing the city center and all of the monuments, along with lots of great history on El Salvador and it's roots. He was an excellent guide and communicator. He stopped to take photos of us at each of the locations. We got to see churches, volcanos, and even the big slide. You get to end the day with delicious local food which he recommended, and it did not disappoint. There's no way we could have accomplished so much on our own, this was money well spent. I highly recommend requesting Herbert as your guide if you take this tour, he was very considerate of the guests, answers all questions, and provides you with very safe tour. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful city with us!

Great experience and guide - I absolutely loved the tour. Our guide - Herbert made it even better. Definitely recommend. Knowledgeable guide with helpful recs. Made us feel safe and comfortable. The sites are amazing and well curated. Note - it is no longer a rainbow slide but a snow slide. This should be reflected in the activity name.

San Salvador in a Day - This was a great tour for seeing the sights around San Salvador. Rafael was an excellent guide who spoke fluent English. We learned a TON about the civil war and really the history of the country over the last 100 years, it was very interesting. We got to see the downtown area and a local park/monument. Then we went to El Boqueron and walked to the top to get some photos, the park is very well maintained. Finally we ended with a lunch at a restaurant of our choosing and it was great, we picked La Pampa and the food was awesome with a nice view. Highly recommend this tour if you want an overview of San Salvador and the immediate surroundings.

Great tour if you're short on time! - Rafa was our guide and he was great. Very knowledgeable and passionate about El Salvador history. He catered the tour to the weather and our small group's desires, down to where we ate lunch. It was a great day and we learned so much in a short amount of time.

I had a great time! This was a great San Salvador day tour! - If you’re looking to see the best of San Salvador in just one day then this is the tour for you. We explored the Historic Center, visited El Boqueron for some amazing views, and got to ride down the famous Slide (which as of this review is now called the Snow Slide, not the Rainbow Slide). Herbert was our tour guide and he did an excellent job leading us all throughout this day tour so a big thank you to him! He picked me up at my hotel at about 8:20 am and had me back around 4:30 pm. There were 4 others on the group totaling 6 of us including the guide and we all vibed super well, it was a great group we had. I couldn’t have been happier with how this tour turned out, so definitely consider booking this tour if you’re looking to see the best of San Salvador in 1 day. Highly recommended! - NolanI’m

Must do experience for first time visit to San Salvador - This is a great tour for a first time visit to San Salvador because it mixes a historical tour with a bit of fun. My guide was Herbert who was abolutley amazing, so definitely request him upon booking. Herbert was such a cool guy and his historical knowledge of the city and El Salvador’s made the trip even more special. He also helped me practice my Spanish by speaking with me both in Español and English so I could learn. The volcano hike was super easy so no worries if you aren’t use to exercise or hiking. The city tour was great to view all of the highlights in el centro. I really enjoyed viewing the churches. The highlight for me was the slide, which was so fun that I wish I could have done it again. Only thing about it was that it wasn’t in the rainbow colors in late January because it was still white for their Christmas decorations. However, Herbert took some amazing pictures and video of me going down the slide. Don’t hesitate to take this tour and ask for Herbert!
