The journey begins at the Gardens of Pereda, highlighting the historical significance of the devastating fire that once swept through Santander. This is followed by an exterior and interior tour of the Cathedral of Santa María de la Asunción, the capital’s most important religious structure.
The tour continues through Town Hall Square and Porticada Square, passing by the Church of “The Company” and exploring the East Market, a culinary highlight of the city.
Finally, participants will enter the Botín Center for a guided tour of the permanent collection and visit the rooms housing the temporary exhibitions.
