More than we could have done on our own! - Mucus was the highlight with the big stones and waves crashing but we also enjoyed the other stops. The waterfall and granite rocks were also amazing.

Efficient way to see the coast - Efficient tour of the coast. It’s a busy 9 hour day. You meet at Toxo tours office by 9am and walk about 5 mins to a big coach bus which holds 55 people. You have a guide (our was a nice young lady with brown hair in a bun) and a competent driver. The guide was very good at explaining directions and the trip. She spoke in Spanish and then in English. She kept everything on time and efficient which I appreciated. The tour goes to quite a few places so is a good value if you want to see a lot. You stop first in Muros a fishing town and have some time to walk around on your own. Then you go to a waterfall- I could have done without this stop to allow more time other places but it was on the way. You then go to Fisterra the end of the world stop. That’s a good stop. Then you go to the Fisterra town stop to eat lunch (on your own). Then you go to Muxia (I think the best stop) and finally a small old village. You are back at 6. A lot of stops but you see a lot. I would say an efficient way to see a lot and if you have an extra day in Santiago it’s worth doing it.

Such a worthwhile tour after walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. - Nago was our very energetic, helpful guide and we appreciated her narration as well as her leadership on site. I had visited Finisterre before, but learned so much about it and the other places on the tour. I also appreciated the expertise of our bus driver (name??) He had nerves of steel, driving on curvy, narrow roads.

Great Full-Day Getaway! - Really enjoyed this full day tour! The price can’t be beat to see so many sites in one day. The lunch spot had the best and freshest seafood my husband and I have ever eaten. Really happy we booked this! It was a nice air conditioned coach, and my hubby enjoyed the naps between destinations, while I enjoyed getting some time to read. Perfect amount of time in each location wouldn’t change a thing.

Rain 🌧️☔ - A lovely city with narrow streets, some nice bars and restaurants. Just make sure you bring good waterproofs for the relentless rain.

Lackluster - While we enjoyed the trip, the guide was lacklustre to say the least. I enjoyed the last three stops, but the first couple seemed a waste of time.

Overheated - the HOT and Noisy Tour to Finisterre - We just finished walking the Camino Frances from St Jean. We opted to take the Toxo travel tour from Santiago. It was an enjoyable trip but with a few issues. First and foremost, the Air Conditioning system on the bus was inadequate. When we suggested they turn the air on 10 minutes before departure since it was 33 outside (about the same inside the autobús) they said it was not allowed. So we rode the entire trip in a HOT bus. My other disappointment was the acoustics were bad so we couldn’t hear most of what the tour guide said. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this tour unless you want to sit in a HOT Bus with lot of other tourists where you can’t hear the tour guide. 👎👎
