The journey begins with an introduction to the beloved Lele doll, a treasured symbol crafted by the indigenous communities of Querétaro for generations. Spend around two hours with Mari, our skilled doll maker and lifelong artisan. During this time, you’ll create your own Lele doll, guided by Mari’s expertise and passion.

Next, enjoy an immersive coffee-tasting experience with our dear friends Laura and Aldo. They bring their organic products from their Mixe community in the mountains of Oaxaca. Discover the process of coffee production while sampling a variety of Oaxacan treats that showcase the region’s rich flavors.

Conclude your experience with a delightful chocolate (plus optional local beer pairing) tasting led by our friend and passionate chocolatier.
