Great wine, great atmosphere! - Jacqueline was a great tour guide and also went above and beyond by dropping us off closer to our hotel than the original drop off point. The vineyard was beautiful and the wine was excellent. I was also very impressed by how well organized the tour at three vineyard was as well. It was a great day all around.

Teaching on grapes, wine and harmonisation - Excellent our visit to Concha and Toro We were led by the driver Alex and Luciano in the lessons on the road, history of passes and life in Chile, was a brief introduction about the Vinícola Obs. Luciano communicated both in Castellano and Portuguese Congratulations!! Anyway... We only have compliments on this tour Thank you very much!!

A special birthday! - It was a very pleasant visit! Luciano and Alex, our Guide and driver were very attentive and kind, as well as our Winehouse Guide. A very special birthday my husband and I celebrated.

Visit Concha y Toro - Professionalism and punctuality, we were with Leo (driver) and Javiera guide, That stunned us along journey without any problems

Good tour but with improvement points - 1. Transport: *excellent* punctuality, kindness and explained each step. 2. Tour vineyard: *well* the Guide was Brazilian and the tour was in Spanish, so its accent was not the best, the tasting was at the same time and you had to take it very quickly, it should have been at different times or between each drink offer to drink water to clean the palate and to wash the glass, the very basic explanation of the vineyard and the places, more details and curiosities were missing, we were not told in the ticket shop what time the tour was, so then we had to almost run because it had already started. Very good facilities. Women's toilets weren't good for a tap and a dump. 3. Restaurant: *very good* the delicious coffee and good waiting times and friendliness of a person from the restaurant, apparently she was in charge or her professionalism made it seem to be. In general it is good tour, but having many groups each day, makes them more aware of the times instead of each person feeling at ease and being an unforgettable experience, you can see that it is very routine.
