Best agency in Chile - Best agency in Chile. I counted with some 10 agencies and Smart beat the others not only in value, but mainly in service, empathy, personalized treatment giving the best tips confirm the traveler profile, giving all advice in the unexpected nature as when all snow parks closed a few days before our trip. Just compliments to the whole company, but especially to our foolish little Victoria and to my Mozart contact who were wonderful at all times, even when the tours or doubts did not involve the agency. We highly recommend it! - We did both the airport-hotel-aircraft transfer and the day trip to Farellones. Daniel, the transfer driver, and Munik, our guide to Farellones, were exceptional! Patience, education and friendliness won us over! It is very good for tourists to feel welcomed and attended to their needs. I recommend the professionals and the company!

Service with excellence. - The landscapes are incredible; the weather was very favorable, it was snowing and it was a spectacular experience. Incredible tours! - I would like to thank smarttour, especially Klevisson who spared no effort to ensure we had an incredible trip! We went on 4 different tours, they were all amazing! Punctual, humane guides and drivers who treat us with care and dedication. I just have to thank you for everything! It was a wonderful trip!

Sublime experience - We got to know the snow and did different activities for beginners, and we also visited its surroundings with impressive views.

A little disappointing - So, unfortunately, the timeliness and the service prior to the purchase and payment of the tours, was not the same provided afterwards. Questions, requests, negotiations during the trip took a long time, and sometimes they were not answered by the official channel of the agency, causing a lot of insecurity if it was really all right. And, due to a problem we had with the overbooking of the hotel (and here nothing to do with the smart tour, we could not arrive on time on one of the signed tours, due to the absence of transportation in that place, and even warning the day before, the agency was inflexible in changing that tour for another day, although there is a date available. We lost the value of that ride. Anyway, I would recommend looking a little further before closing up with this agency.

Poorly prepared company - Whoever is on holiday and wants tranquility, look for another more serious company. We closed three packages with this company and had a lot of headaches. Farellones' day was the only one that worked. On Valle Nevado day, I had asked about the tickets two days before, if there was a possibility that the tickets would run out and they said no. The day we went to Valle Nevado they left us at the door and gave no more information and there was no more ticket. We stay in hand. And the transfer back to the airport was only confirmed 30 minutes before we left the hotel. The confirmation was not the time of departure, it was whether there would be the transfer, even if I had already paid. You're already trying an Uber, because I thought they weren't honouring what we had agreed. It was pretty tense.
