A very good full on day - Lovely way to get outside the city and see other areas nearby. We saw a lot and our guide Jacqueline and driver Hermenes were great. We started with a tour of a winery in both English and Spanish, with a tasting of one red and one white wine. This was great, but we were there at 10am and most of us really weren’t keen for alcohol at that time of the day. We went on to see a floral clock, where people just had time to get off, take a photo then get back on the bus. Next was Vina del Mar where we stopped for a short while before being taken to a wonderful seafood restaurant for lunch (own expense and not cheap, but one of the best meals I had). After lunch was the poets museum, which was way more interesting than I expected. Then, Valpariso, we drove around, then stopped for a short escorted walk around a couple of streets for photos. It was a packed day, no chance to wander on your own in Valpariso, even grabbing a drink of water during the day was tricky. I just felt rushed, and we were given one bottle of water in the morning, when this would have been way more welcome in the 34 degree heat in the afternoon! The winery would have been better then too, cool and out of the heat.

Good tour, the guide lacks training and empathy. - Wonderful Valparaiso and Viña, very nice places to visit and enjoy. Unfortunately, guide Juan should keep his radical political opinions to himself to share with his friends and not with a group of foreign visitors who are just looking to have a good time.
