It's worth spending the day - Place to stay all day, has plenty of activities, and with many queues more paying. Take your snack because the place is quite expensive.

Punctuality - The company met the schedule punctually, allowing us to stay long enough to enjoy the park.

Nice to see snow but infrastructure could be better - Nice place to go with the kids, but it was too crowded which meant that some activities had queues lasting more than an hour. The infrastructure also leaves something to be desired, there are no restaurants, only foodtrucks and the bathrooms are very bad. I was upset because to use the locker I had to go through the entire entrance line again to buy tokens plus the locker line. In total, 1h30 wasted just to store a bag. And Attention: Farellones is lower than other stations and does not always have snow. We were lucky to have gone when it had just fallen, but a week later the park closed due to lack of snow and has not yet reopened. 2023 is an atypical year because of the El Nino meteorological phenomenon.

Not prepared to handle many visitors - Transfer was ok, but driver wanted to return too early, at 3pm. Farellones (and El Colorado too) are not prepared to handle the number of people that visit them. At Farellones, there is a single line to get in. Also, it takes at least an hour in line to go on any activity. Food is terrible. Bathrooms are small, old and dirty. At El Colorado, there are more lines for buying passes and classes, but yet, we took 2 hrs to buy a class for our kid, and there were only private classes left, which are too expensive and did not teach much. Not worth going. Santiago is great, but not the ski resorts.

Farellones in July! - Very crowded place, few attractions, no restaurants, only food trucks, reasonable bathrooms and huge queues for everything. Expensive for what it offers!

Bad experience - We did not make the tour, because the company changed the time of the tour from 7:00 in the morning, to 5:30 in the morning and only warned about the change the day before at 22:00 without the possibility of contacting the agency. We are now unable to request a refund. We were very dissatisfied with the situation and will not use TripAdvisor again. Att. Tania

Waste of time and money. A true tourist trap - Worst experience ever. They are barely capable of serving 500 people but sell $50 tickets to 5,000 people. There are 3 hour lines for the attractions. You can barely do one thing in a day. It is a total scam. Don’t go.

Disappointing - Farellones Park: Little infrastructure, few games for the number of people. They do not cap on the number of tickets x what you have to do eternal lines of more than 1 hour to get into a game. Price/quality...not worth it. Disappointing.
