I recommend: thermal half and second half, thermal trousers underneath, thermal t-shirt underneath, a blouse and jacket on top, hat or ear protector and snow gloves. Regarding the snow, if you are not skiing and you are not snowing on the day of the tour, a timberland style booth is already enough. If you need, just rent the boots. With tennis I find it complicated because it slips and wet. If snow is falling, it is important that your clothes are at least rain resistant. If you're going to ski you need the full kit. I saw a lot of people renting the full kit without having to. And worse, I haven't seen any guidance on this.
