Very beautiful! - Road, landscape in general, mountains and snow are important factors. Everything is very beautiful and a wonder of God's creation.

Only go in high season! Otherwise they will spend a lot and will not have the same beauties of the place. - Important, only go in high season!!! So you'll get plenty of cold and snow, both in Farellones and in the snowy valley. High season from May to August. From September it is no longer so interesting. Important points, the difference from Farellones to Snow Valley and its height and the sports that are practiced in it. Adult ticket is around 270 reais, and can be paid in Chilean weight as well, which gives around 40,000 pesos. For who is in Brazil You can buy directly at the park’s website or at the bar. If you do not want queue buy in advance. The ticket gives you the right to almost all attractions except skiing. Skiing is the part and even if the person does not even know how to stand on the ski they give a brief lesson on how to use the equipment. Language fully Spanish So, have patience to understand what is being spoken or use the cell phone as support. But what do you have to do besides seeing the snow? Come on, snowboard, boias, trench that fits up to two people, playground for children, tirolese (who has sinusitis will not, nose freezes rsrs), strange, the rental of cold suits is already included in the ticket, rental of closet apart, restaurants (I did not have lunch at the place I just had hot chocolate. There are plenty of restaurants with very simple food that you will pay around 80 reais per person). 6 hours and more than enough in the park. IMPORTANT, before going to the park please visit the site to see the program, snowfall may occur and the park is closed. If you are staying in Santiago and want to make a beat and back to the park you have the option of transfer or car rental. There is no Uber for the snow parks. Taxi service does not own. Who can rent a car comes out much more in mind out that you can go stopping on the way and go taking pictures. From Santiago to the park and around 2 hours drive. By visiting the Kayak website you will have car rental options. Vc will pay around 260 reais a day plus the fuel. However, depending on the day this value is much lower. Believe me, renting a car will be cheaper than a transfer. There are hotels that have partnered with turistik, the main transfer from Santiago to the region of the Neves. And it costs around 350 reals. However, it is worth asking the hotel you are staying at or searching the internet for other transfer options. I also indicate to see the options on decolar.com, know that the site sells tours to farellones and snowed valley. But I will not go deeper because mine I made private. IMPORTANT, the weekend is very crowded and for example, if you go to the cable car if you arrive after 10:00 there is a risk of not taking the tour. They close when it reaches a number of people and then only the next day is released again. The park opens from 9:00 a.m. (Brazilian time). It is a unique experience! Whoever goes to Chile needs to know the region of the Neves!

Experience Farellones! - It's a whole experience that we live with -17 degrees. In the middle of the climb we stopped to rent clothes; it is not included in the ticket. When climbing, inside the park you can only eat inside the park. If you leave, you can't go back in. There is a stopper at the top, which is worth it! It eats deli and is quite a sight experience. I don't know if it's a toddler ride, but there was. If it gets cloudy the park closes its activities until it clears keeping people there. We had to wait a couple of times in the day until it opened.

Uncomfortable travel - Ops, first of all, I didn't travel with Trip & Tour Turismo, I think they were lucky to put a title that brings back everyone who will criticize Farellones here. The criticism is to the Farellones park. Look, my daughter went bad and they looked after her well. Well... they let rest a bit in the nursery and the nurse was very, very friendly. But the park is all that they're talking about, there's no shelter, everything's expensive and it's so row now in the high station that you'll be able to get down in a giant boe and an individual boe if so. Outside of that, they're really toys like climbing the hill and then slipping down. Not to say that I just criticized, the view from the cable car is very beautiful. The guide joked that the queue for the Tyrolese is the largest queue in Chile. I didn't find the employees badly polite, just overloaded and stressed. Seriously, the problem is that the agencies don't give you an option like just going there in the village of Falerones or something like that to see snow. Maybe it's time for a walk like this. For someone younger and with kids at the right age... well, remember that you will spend the day in the cold picking up queue to climb frozen hill (walking on the ice, buying shoes with good traction) to go down in a boya, a cart or something like that. Unless you go skiing. After all, for someone young and with children between the ages of 8 and 11 may not even be bad, but there comes the problem of bathrooms. There are two bathrooms for the whole park. There were four, exactly four spots in the bathroom I entered, two private and two urinary. If it's the other one, it's eight places for a man to fuck for one

No return!!! - Beautiful place. But bad organization. Disorganized rows. A lot of people in queues. Not to mention spending half of your time on one single Attraction.

Lousy and dangerous - A disaster absolutely everything.1 hour in the cold waiting for each game...then we do 1 game (culiskate) and our 7-year-old son diverts his sled and goes under a net that was not in a hurry...he cut his entire neck...started bleeding...absolutely no one came to see how he was.

What a national shame! - Very nice place, but that's all! Bad infrastructure with dirty bathrooms, queues for everything, very expensive and horrible diners. Clear lack of professional management, a shame for Chile!

Park without any security. - The idea of the park with snow activities, which go beyond skiing and snowboarding, is sensational. The execution is terrible. I was on the 31/07/2024. There is no queue organization. But the issue of security took more. There was a vent in the early afternoon. The air toys began to spin and the children in them were thrown from a height of more than 3 meters and turned around the ice. The toys didn't have any snows. Employees ran to rescue, but the toys. The children's rescue took a long time. 1 out of 3 left unable to move. The ambulance took a long time to arrive. I didn't see any firefighters, police or press on the scene, despite the severity of the injuries. The children's area continued to work, only stopped when everyone's discomfort was visible with the scene of the care. There was a lot of wind in the day. There was no alternative to climb to the access from above, where you should pick up the Van, just by the cable car. This was swinging a lot. They kept the park open, without any security conditions, not to pay the refund. In the “squibunda”, flying helmets, and the buckets they use to store them. The last of them, by the wind, which was already strong, left the toy area, crossed the net and got hurt. The official website treats the matter as mere fatality. Location very unsafe and with inconsequential management.

Run, Lola, run! - Typical tricks tourist. A crowd in a place completely unstructured. Your life in this park is in line, and the attractions are weak. The virtually non-existent food is very expensive. There are no places to rest and anywhere a pile of people. Total frustration. The landscape is the only thing that pays off but we paid a park just to play in the snow. Unnecessary!
