An impressive landscape formed by turquoise color waters and the imposing Andes Mountains as a background.

We will start our tour very early to be able to enjoy a beautiful morning at (reservoir) Embalse del Yeso. an incomparable landscape surrounded by mountains covered by a blank snow mantle. It is the perfect background to get beautiful pictures that will immortalize this experience.

Once we get to the andean mountain range we´ll make a stop in San Jose to get Coffee and snacks, to get strength for the demanding trekking of 700 meters that take us to the viewpoint where it is possible to see the sky reflected on the reservoir waters.

Then we will head to El Yeso Jump of water, a 15 meters waterfall that has a safe observation area. we will have a break, if you want to it is possible to have your own Picnic here.
After is possible to stop at “El Tinoco” Tunnel, built in 1906, which was used by a little train that joined Puente Alto with the miner camping of “El Volcan”
