Excursion to Cajón del Maipe - I totally recommend the excursion. It was a great experience with the guides Iván and Rocío Leiva, they made the tour very enjoyable, friendly and good people. They know the area very well and provide very interesting information. In addition, they also speak Portuguese for those who may need it.

Amazing place - Amazing place! Guide fine people. We took lots of photos and learned a little about the local culture. The walk was easy and it wasn't too cold

Unmissable plan - The landscape was very beautiful and they were attentive. The walk is short and you have to wear snow clothing to live the full experience.

Tour Santiago with Felipe Risso - Excellent tour, beautiful places, unique experience. The guide Felipe Risso was very organized, attentive, good-natured, speaks Portuguese and explained many details of the route, made strategic stops away from the crowd of tourists, ensuring a great experience. The Picnic was very good to close the tour with good wine. Picked us up and brought us back punctually at the agreed location.

Driver was 45 mins late... - Driver was 45 mins late to pick us up at the hotel without the tour leader. Driver spent another 35 mins to pick up the tour leader in her area. Driver seems to drive fast and rush while catching up the time to pick up the tour leader which made us felt quite uncomfortable . First time we had the pick up without the tour leader. After picking us up the tour leader, she didn't even introduce herself ,greeting us or apologize for her late started. After 15 mins later , they stopped us at the gas station to fill up gas and the tour leader was smoking there. when starting the journey, she starting to talk about the history of Santiago but her voice was so low that no one could hear her. Before ascending to the mountain, we ask her to stop and to discuss if we can have another alternative to go else where instead of the tour places because for few reasons that (1) the tour started late and the weather wasn't that promising. (2) the car was very bumpy for going to this hilly road. her answer was it's only 20 mins for one stop and then another 40 mins we will be there. Then we moved on. After almost an hour , we were still driving without any stop. We were then on the higher elevation and the road condition was bad and can see some mud and rock slide. We felt quite dangerous and asked for going back to Santiago instead of going forward. Its getting a bit late. At first she didn't stop and we had to yell until she stop and turned around. Ends up we didn't go the destination places. We all felt very uncomfortable inside the car with this kind of road condition. When driving back to Santiago, the tour leader was not happy and didn't say a single word. She took off at the place where the driver picked her up in the morning without even say goodbye. The tour leader was supposed to be responsible to take the tourists back to the original pickup place . This was the first bad experience we had after all these years of joining Viator's tour. I must say the tour leader is not qualify to be in this work and the driver is reasonable except driving a little bit aggressive . We all felt that it wasn't fair to pay this tour with this kind of a behavior .
