We had a different driver for this... - <p>We had a different driver for this which was a significant improvement from Santiago tour. And this was a fun show with quite a nice dinner.</p>

Fun evening in Santiago - Our tour guide, Juan, was the best guide we’ve had on our trip to Argentina and Chile!. He gave us such a good understanding of the history of Chile while taking us up the Gondola for great views of the city. Then we went to the dinner and show. The food was ok, but the show was even better. Music and dancing from the different cultures of Chile. We didn’t have a lot of time to spend in Chile but this was certainly worth doing.

For some reason we were not picked... - <p>For some reason we were not picked up at the hotel. Required several calls from my cell phone and also from the hotel concierge to fix the issue.</p>

Find another local provider for this type of tour - We were told to pay for our entry to San Cristobal, even though itinerary said the entry fee was included. The tour guide did not accompany us on our ride up San Cristobal - he stayed below in the cafe and waited for us. As all signage was in Spanish; we wanted a tour guide to explain things to us. So zero stars for “professional guide”. The dinner and show at Bali Hai was enjoyable, but also all in Spanish, so it was hard to get the cultural and historical content. So 2 stars awarded for that experience. I have used Viator for years in many counties so I expect tour guides to accompany us throughout the excursion and to talk knowledgeably about what we see. This excursion disappointed.
