Santiago Tour with Nacho! - Excellent tour. Nacho was very approachable and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make the group feel comfortable and welcomed any questions we had. It was a well thought out and structured tour which showed us many different sides and cultures to Santiago. We only have a short time in the city, so this tour was perfect for us to get a better feel for it. Thanks Nacho!

Civitatis - It's an agency I don't recommend. The taxi driver hired for the day of our arrival was informed that we would be late due to a flight delay, but still left. We had paid for 4 hours of private service, and he left after only 45 minutes, even though we warned him. I understand you couldn't wait the full 4 hours, but at least you should have served the remaining 3 hours. The tour to Valparaiso also left much to be desired. We were with more tourists, and the Guide did not highlight the importance of the city. Although the tour was in Spanish, he spoke only Portuguese and English, making up words. He said that Brazilian tourists come the most, but that does not justify the lack of quality service.
