Great way to see Santiago! - We thoroughly enjoyed the half-day tour with a very good guide and driver. Piero, our guide, was very knowledgeable about Santiago, its history, its architecture and its culture. The stop at the lapis factory was fun and interesting, with so much gorgeous jewelry! We had a bit of a miscommunication at the end, when he asked us if we wanted lunch and we said yes, so they took us to a recommended restaurant and said goodbye. We were startled to be left there and not returned to the hotel as advertised. It became apparent he had meant we either get dropped off for lunch OR taken back to the hotel. I’m not sure where the miscommunication happened and ultimately we had an excellent meal and Ubered back to our hotel. I highly recommend this tour but be sure you understand where it ends!

Great overview of Santiago - We were met promptly. Pablo, the guide, could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. He spoke wonderful English and was easy to hear since he had a microphone. Pablo loved sharing his city knowledge and the history of Santiago. Highly recommended for anyone who would like to know more about Santiago. Arturo, his driver, was safe and the vehicle was new and comfortable. Don’t hesitate and Pablo is fantastic!

Fantastic City Tour! - Our half day tour of Santiago city was fantastic! Our guide was Juanito who was such an incredible guide! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and really fun!! He took us all around the city to see all of the highlights. He was patient with us and provided a perfect balance of time for allowing a bit of free time in each spot. He even gave us a great dinner spot recommendation for the end of our tour (which we loved). Couldn't have asked for a better guide or tour. Would highly recommend this tour and Juanito as a guide!! :)

Excellent guide. - Excellent guide. Sergio took me to places I wanted to go to and help me find an electrical device I needed was pleasant spoken English and it was able to give me four hours of a lovely walking experience in Santiago.

Not enough details about the city. - The vehicle wasn’t comfortable. The tour guide didn’t give us enough details about the city. However, he was pleasant and friendly.
