Great custom tour of Valparaiso - We contacted this company because we wanted a custom tour of Valparaiso. It was a bit unusual for them to have someone just want to search for graffiti paintings in the area but they did the very best they could! We were very pleased with the results and had a delightful day there. Also asked them to reserve a lunch restaurant which again they did an excellent job. An unmissable visit on your Santiago itinerary. - Very attentive and friendly guide throughout the tour. I recommend it to everyone who visits the city. Tour to be repeated. Very pleasant.

A tour with lots of information and history - A good tour with lots of information and attention from the guide Felipe Risso and Driver Vitor "Toreto". It's a shame that there's little time to visit the beach, but it's a good trip.

Sabastian was terrific - It was great to see the two cities and the difference between them. Valparaiso is impressive. Since it was a private tour we were able to stop at a winery for lunch.

Private tour with Cony is the absolute best! - Such a delightful day full.of beautiful experiences!! Cony and her husband Christian were the perfect driver and guide for this trip. She's so warm and personable. She patiently answered all of our questions and provided a lot of information. We had a long and lovely tour of Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar including lunch and time to walk on the beach along with breathtaking views and great company! Can't recommend Cony enough. Her English and knowledge were both superior. We had a great time!

Canceled by tour operator - Trip was planned and paid for months in advance. Was canceled by tour operator at 5pm the day before. The trip operator confirmed the trip just the day before and then canceled... not pleased

Worst tour I have been on. Waste of money and time. - DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY. Our tour was filled with problems The tour was scheduled for 9am. The guide emailed new time to 8am. Then driver without guide shows up at 7:30 and asked we leave then to get the guide who didn’t show up prior to picking us up so we left our breakfasts to go with driver to get the guide. Guide didn’t speak good English so we did not have good communication Conversations between driver and guide in Spanish were about problems with other tour clients. Guide was reading facts from a notebook as he didn’t know. Guide didn’t know the area of Valparaiso that we wanted to see and got lost when we walked and could tell us nothing about the the areas that are the most interesting sights in Valparaiso and was asking people where things were. Used google a lot. Our Driver who was very good and knew the city had to step in and told the driver not to speak, and lead the tour in Spanish and I translated for my daughter without her the tour would have been a total waste of time our driver did try to make it better But we had no conversation the entire 2.5 hour ride back to our hotel. All in all not worth the $$ I paid and a very poor experience I contacted the tour operator with the above message and his response meant to be an apology made no sense. He said “ as a TAC agency, we apologize because you are absolutely right., the manager was told something wrong and someone From our staff gave the response on behalf of management and the agency in general.. I apologize most sincerely “ He offered us another tour in Santiago which we had already left and would not be returning. The response addressed none of the problems we brought up. Specifically the language issues and the tour guide did not know the city the tour was supposed to be about and that he got lost . Worst tour of all my traveling days. I really feel the tour price should be refunded as it was not as described.

Sadly a no show from TAC - Sadly this operator failed to turn up and failed to advise us they were not picking us up despite confirming the night before they were collecting us at 9 am. We emailed them at 9.30 but had no reply. After waiting an hour our hotel contacted them and they advised the guide was not able to take us so they would refund us. Fortunately our hotel (Doubletree by Hilton)organised a tour with One Tour who were fantastic. We have still not had any communication with an apology. As we were about to leave at 10.30 a guide turned up from TAC but tour had already been cancelled and we had made other arrangements for a afternoon tour and not the long days tour we had planned,
