Punctuality and Hospitality - Tour was fantastic. From the transfer from my hotel to the return trip, everything was very well organized and planned. I highly recommend it for a solo or group tour.

100% Recommended - I highly recommend the excursion, the staff is very committed and attentive, we loved the visit to the Haitians with the caves and Cayo Levantado is definitely a paradise worth visiting.

Bacardi Island was stunning... - This was an all day trip, pick up was directly from our hotel (06.30) in a full size coach that was full. 1st stop was to swap into off road trucks then taken to the top of a mountain where they were amazing 360 views and swings, zip lines (extra cost) and coffee/tea/wc huts. Next stop was a small fishing town where we boarded a speed boat to Bacardi island (around 45 mins). We stayed on Bacardi island (Cayo Levantado) for around 2hrs (we would have liked longer). lunch was delicious and everything well organized. We then took a boat to the mangroves and caves. Then back on the boat to the port and onto the coach home. Our guide was very informative and friendly. All in all this was a great trip and I high recomend it.

For people wanting a low key / sedentary tour - Bottom line: Breidy is awesome guide. Tour was ok, not as described. Had a great experience with Breidy - he picked us up from our hotel and drove us to our excursion. After the excursion we walked around Samana & learned about the city. Breidy went above and beyond to make us comfortable, answer our questions about the country, and gave excellent dinner recommendations. The boat tour to Los Haities & Cayo Levantado was handled by a different operator. Staff was friendly, but the tour was not as described. We walked around the famous cave and saw Taíno art (that was cool) and then sat on the boat to see a random area of mangroves (uh nothing special) before leaving to Cayo Levantado. Did not bathe in the natural pool, have leisure time both on the beach and on the key, or learn about the 6 shades of the sea. On Cayo Levantado, the photographer from the boat will offer to take your photos. It's not free, definitely haggle on pricing. The island was pretty & relaxing, but nothing special.

unlucky - The pick-up was not at the agreed time, but an hour earlier at 5:30 the phone suddenly rang “here is your driver, let’s go now” And when I arrived at my destination I had to wait another two hours until the boat trip started… Without breakfast it seems like an eternity until you get a meal from a miserable buffet at 2 p.m. The tour guide was very confused and fell over twice. The trip was very scary, I didn’t feel safe and we had a small accident that had to be repaired at a gas station. I was glad when I got back to the hotel unharmed. I thought the price was too high, and it bothered me that the confused tour guide was constantly at my side. The weather was bad too and the boat tour was shortened, but that had nothing to do with the rest of the poorly organized tour.
