Highly recommend! - Very informational. Guide was engaging, quizzing us from time to time about the history he had shared. He also took us to a jewelry store after the tour to connect us with a jeweler for authentic larimar stones. He also took us to a very nice Italian restaurant with a beautiful view.

Excellent tour - The tour was excellent. It's a private tour. They had excellent care. The Guide knew quite well and was open to being asked everything. The places we visited were very interesting and the recommendations we were given were very good.

Mediocre - Not a big deal. The guide shows you places that you can tour yourself and with audio guide (that in the church makes you put them and waits outside), then he took us to different museums that is already all explained in posters and he just repeats that. Then to places to buy rum and gemstones that he chose... I think for the price it charges it is not worth it, next time I do it myself to the tour

Bad Business Practice - The tour cancelled my reservation without notifying me. I waited to be picked up at my hotel, to no avail. Calling two sources of information was necessary to piece together what happened. Weeks ago when I made my reservation with you, apparently my credit card was not accepted, despite my receiving a confirmation notice. No contact was made to me to tell me of the credit card failure, which could have been rectified at the time. Instead, your company is out $90 and I was denied a tour unnecessarily. A company representative said your policy is for a bank to notify the credit card holder if there is a card rejection. That is ridiculous. I do not know of any vendor that operates under that assumption. The responsibility is yours to have told me you were not being paid. My reservation was made online and you should have sent me an immediate notice that my card was rejected!
