An Extremely Satisfying Experience, 3 times over ! - My husband and I availed the services of Jr Luxury Rd for 3 transfers around the Santo Domingo/Punta Cana region through April 2024. Each experience was extremely smooth, luxurious and very pleasant. Junior was excellent at communicating, adhering to his commitments, and was very helpful and considerate, keeping in minds our requirements, and his drivers were friendly and helpful too. He also went above and beyond to try and help on one particular day when our planned tour did not pick us up; Junior attempted to find a tour for us to join, just as a favor. Thankfully we were able to find one on our own though. Many thanks Junior. it was great ! Folks, please consider seriously for your requirements in Dominican Republic !

Excellent service - We used this service twice. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel in Santa Domingo. The driver contacted me via text before our plane landed. Once through customs and we got our luggage she met us curbside to take us to the hotel. She had cold bottled water waiting for us. Very polite and friendly. We used this service again to pick us up from our hotel and take us to the airport. Same driver. She was on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I would highly recommend using them. It is very easy to communicate with the service. One the initial reservation was placed I received a text and was able to communicate with them easily.

Great Service! - My family and I visited DR last October and had Junior as our driver. He was not only our driver but he was also a great tour guide and was very insightful on the culture and activities in the area. He was very polite, offered great conversation and was very patient with our little toddler. We can't wait to visit again and will definitely be booking his services for that trip. PS. There's wifi in board so we could keep our family back home abreast of our every move!

Punta Cana 2024 - I have been going to the DR for 5 years in a row now, this company by far has been the best, not only were the drivers on time, but were early and sent conformation messages to me, unlike any other transportation service. I will use this company next year. Suburban was extremely clean and driver very profestional.

Reliable - Great service. Punctual, polite and knowledgeable driver. Helped with our luggages. Great reliable service, the driver was there before the scheduled pick up time. Called me to notify me of his arrival. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Extremely misleading and disappointing experience - After booking my service, I was in contact with the provider via text to ensure a smooth experience. I was traveling with my 2 year old and wanted to make sure we'd have a car seat and the car could accommodate all the adults as well. I was told someone would be in the airport with my name on a sign to meet me. That never happened. Instead I received a text when I landed to meet someone outside by an ice cream store. I had trouble finding our driver, and when we saw her, we knew right away we would not fit. The car had 5 seats, with one person having to sit in a tight space in the trunk with the luggage. We had 5 bags and a stroller and that would not fit. My Viator reservation said we'd receive a car that could fit 5 bags and 5 adults, when I contacted the operator, he said he provided a car for 5 people and 4 luggage and I'd have to pay more for a bigger car (which he told me he didn't have available.) Why would you only provide a car with such limited and exact space? Plus, we had backpacks and other bags which we'd have to put on our laps. Not to mention the stroller would have nowhere to fit. Never have I taken a car service where I had so say every item I'd bring on board. It's clear we'd have been so crammed and uncomfortable for our hour long trip. We were stranded at the airport until I eventually called an uber for part of our group. Plus, the car seat was not safe. It did not fit my daughter. The driver didn't know how to make the straps bigger for her and it was not buckled into the seat so I basically had to hold onto her the entire ride and pray we'd be fine. This service is a complete scam.
