An Extremely Satisfying Experience, 3 times over ! - My husband and I availed the services of Jr Luxury Rd for 3 transfers around the Santo Domingo/Punta Cana region through April 2024. Each experience was extremely smooth, luxurious and very pleasant. Junior was excellent at communicating, adhering to his commitments, and was very helpful and considerate, keeping in minds our requirements, and his drivers were friendly and helpful too. He also went above and beyond to try and help on one particular day when our planned tour did not pick us up; Junior attempted to find a tour for us to join, just as a favor. Excellent service - We used this service twice. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel in Santa Domingo. The driver contacted me via text before our plane landed. Once through customs and we got our luggage she met us curbside to take us to the hotel. She had cold bottled water waiting for us. Very polite and friendly. We used this service again to pick us up from our hotel and take us to the airport. Same driver. She was on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I would highly recommend using them. It is very easy to communicate with the service. One the initial reservation was placed I received a text and was able to communicate with them easily.
