Sip your way around Santorini on a half-day wine tour, visiting three traditional wineries dotted around the picturesque island.
While savoring up to 12 different varietals made from grapes such as the indigenous Assyrtiko, learn all about the island’s unique viticulture that produces some of the crispest whites and seductively sweet wines in the Mediterranean.
Walk around a volcanic vineyard, explore the wineries’ cellars and enjoy a platter of local cheese to eat alongside the wine.
- Hotel pick-ups will be done to the closest accessible areas; parts of Santorini are in a slope and can’t be accessed by vehicles
- Minimum age is 18 years
- The wines served during the tour are mainly whites and dessert wines, as these are the kind of wines the island of Santorini produces.This is a gentle note for guests that only drink red wine.
- The tour includes plates of cheese and snacks served alongside wine-tastings at the wineries, not a full lunch or dinner. However keep in mind that the snacks served during tour will be adequate for the time-frame the tour lasts and maybe beyond.
- This is an only adults tour, minors-kids are not allowed to participate due to the nature of the event (alcohol consumption) as per the Greek Law legislation for minors.

To reach the McDonald’s in Fira Town, you must take a tender from your ship and a cable car from the cruise port to get to the meeting point for this tour (McDonald’s in Fira Town), where you may or may not experience delays along way to get there. In addition, please note that this tour is flexible and might start or end later than advertised. Please note that 24 hours or less before departure, your tickets are not redeemable for partial or full refunds - regardless of whether you can finally take this tour or not due to cruise ship delays, long lines, or any other force majeure circumstances you may experience.

Wonderful tour, amazing guide, well worth your time! - We had an absolutely wonderful time on our Wine Adventure! We started at a vineyard on the island, then went to three different wineries, tasting wonderful Santorini wines at each location. Could not have been a better experience!

David was amazing! - We spent a delightful day wine tasting with Davide, who was incredibly knowledgeable without overwhelming us with technical details. He struck the perfect balance, providing just enough information to enhance our experience. The light bites paired with the wines were fantastic, and we concluded the day at Santo Winery. The winery's location was stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop for enjoying the sunset while sipping on great wine and enjoying some delicious light fare.

Amazing tour with amazing Angelo! - What a fantastic evening we had tonight with Angelo! Lovely prompt pickup with great communication from the tour operator.
Angelo was an amazing guide through the 3 wineries, giving great detail into the wine production methods of Santorini. We tasted some great wine on our way through, and the measures were more than adequate as the evening went on.
You get to finish the tour at the amazing Santo wines which really does have the most incredible sunset views, all whilst Angelo keeps you entertained with some great humour and wonderful knowledge of the area. The group was a lovely size, with just the 7 of us, making it very personable.
It's very easy to see why this is the highest rated tour on TripAdvisor. If you're still reading this, why haven't you booked it!!!

A MUST-DO experience in Santorini! - We decided to book this tour based on the fact that we love wine, and purposely went to Santorini for that reason. This wine tour had excellent reviews, which is why we chose it. Our tour guide Elena was fantastic!. She was so fun and knowledgeable about the climate, history of wine making on the island, as well as all of the varietals. Definitely make this part of your Santorini experience while you are here. We also got picked up and dropped off in a Mercedes van with great air conditioning while she told us about the island and other fun facts. Vineyards are all close together so it’s not a long drive between each stop. Small charcuterie snacks provided at each stop. Definitely choose the sunset adventure as it ends on the caldera side, which is an excellent end to the tour.

Wonderful evening getting a taste of Santorini Wines! - Excellent! V gave us an amazing tour and really knew her stuff! She learned all of our names in the group and there were 12 of us! She explained the wine process and how each wine we drank was made and what it paired with best. It was a great was to see 3 different Santorini Wineries and take in a beautiful sunset!

Worth every penny - David, our tour guide, made the whole experience! He was very knowledgeable about wine, the process in making it, the grapes used in Santorini vs other parts of the world and he was great at communicating. He was also very funny and charismatic

Great times! - My husband and I are in Greece on our honeymoon and booked this tour. It was great! The 3 wineries were lovely and our guide Penny was so nice and taught us a lot about the wines! The transport was easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Book it! Best wine tour ever! - Our wine tour with Angelo was genuinely a blast! He was so funny and fun to hang out with—all while sharing his knowledge of wines. We visited three amazing wineries (with the last winery having the best views of the most beautiful sunset). This tour was certainly one for the books. The wines were outstanding. Angelo is the best!
