You’ll get to experience the entire soba-making process, from mixing and cutting to tasting. Plus, savor seasonal tempura and Hokkaido deer meat shabu-shabu! Beginners are welcome, as our expert soba craftsmen will guide you every step of the way. The soba you make yourself will taste better than any you’ve ever had.
Soba Making Experience Flow:
- Mix buckwheat flour
- Stretch the soba noodles
- Cut the soba noodles
- Enjoy tempura and shabu-shabu prepared by Japanese chefs along with your soba noodles
The soba-making experience takes about 30 minutes, followed by tasting. The entire experience lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Even young children can easily and joyfully make soba noodles.
