Impressive nature views except of the bear ranch - Noboribetsu was impressive with the smell, the sulfats arround, everywhere steam. Great views on lake Toya have been captured a thousand times by iPhone. But the bear park was a horrible and really sad experience. You don‘t expect such husbandry conditions for animals in a developed country. Bears live in 100% concrete environment. A clear no-view recommendation.
