Friendly knowledgeable guide kept us out of the rain! - Great tour by Roy, taking into consideration the rainy, foggy day. He adjusted our itinerary to suit and keep us out of the worst of the wet weather. His English is excellent and he continues to learn and fine tune his language skills and also his historical and factual knowledge base as well. He very kindly helped us search out stamps for postcards I wanted to send home and also gave us a crash course on taking trains and subways in Sapporo. We made it back to our hotel in Otaru tired but happy to have made our train connection. Great tour Roy and thank you again!! Highly recommend this tour.

The money worthy spending in Sapporo - use a guide. - Wakako is a friendly and warm person, she is knowledgeable, professional and considerate. She used the time available (four hours) efficiently to make sure I could experience more in Sapporo. We had a good time together. Without her guidance, I would never be able yo see so much in such a short time. I highly recommend her service.

Great - We had Kumiko as our tour guide and we loved our tour. We went to Maruyama Park /Hokkaido Shrine, took a taxi to Odori Park and she took us to the lilac festival to experience the food there. She went above and beyond as a guide and we had a nice and long chat with her about culture in Hokkaido - she lived just about everywhere in Japan.

Wonderful Otaru - Michiko was our guide and she was wonderful. So knowledgeable and perfect English. We visited the Herring Mansion Kihinkan and were so lucky to be the only visitors early morning. The 19th century summer house was like no other we have seen on our journey through Japan. We were in time for cherry blossom, which sadly meant we missed the beautiful gardens in bloom. I imagine they will be magnificent in a few weeks! We also visited the ‘western’ glass museum featuring examples of Tiffany, Limoges and Meissen pieces, plus some amazing 19th century furniture. Finished with a stroll along the street lined with shops and restaurants. A fabulous day thanks to Michiko.
