Discover the fascinating history - Alem was a wonderful guide, with great English, enthusiasm, knowledge, and a passion for his country. Without taking the tour I would have been clueless about the country’s history. We saw a lot in the 3.5 hours and learned many things. He gave great suggestions for local places to eat and visit as well. He was excellent and I would recommend this tour.

Very helpful intro to Sarajevo - Arna helped us to interpret this city and it's history. This is a very helpful introduction to Sarajevo. It is such a fascinating and historic city. Formerly, "the Jerusalem of Europe."

Great guided tour of Sarajevo - Our guide Kenan was outstanding. He knew the history and the little details to go along. He was fascinating to listen to and to interact with. His understanding of the Sarajevo history was perfect. He took us to some places we might have missed. His final recommendation was were to eat for the best Cevapi in Sarajevo, and he was right.

An Amazing Historical Tour - Elvis, our guide, took extra time to give us amazing details on historical events of Sarajevo. He was friendly and eager to share not only past events but also gave us some insights into the many political struggles the country is still experiencing now. We appreciated the vast knowledge he had.

Ask for Bojan - Bojan was not only patient (hobbits) but exceptionally knowledgable and informative about ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!! And fun! Highly recommendable!!!

Great Experience - Haris was an excellent guide! He brought us around the city and is very knowledgeable on history and everything about Sarajevo. He even brought a file to show us pictures, maps and explained about the city. He is very accommodating and friendly. Me and my husband had a wonderful time. Haris showed us things to do, brought us to East meets West and explained about the architectures along the way. Also recommend us food and restaurants. He took us to the most amazing original baklava shop in the old town. Thank you Haris for making our tour memorable.

Excellent tour guide. Complex history so well explained. - Haris was an excellent tour guide. Very personable. Given the complexity of the history he explained with such ease. His insight was amazing. The tour was very nicely paced and although a lot in it, it did not feel rushed. Haris shared many personal stories which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Guide Delayed & Tour Cancelled - Unfortunately upon arrival at. The correct time we were asked to wait a few minutes, after ten minutes we were told that our guide was delayed and could we return in 40 minutes. This wasn’t an issue so after a walk around the centre we returned to be told the guide was now stuck in traffic. We waited further 20 minutes before deciding we had waited long enough and asked to conceal the tour. There were lots of apologies but full cash refund was given. So we did not get to enjoy the tour but we were happy with how the problems were dealt with.
