Journeying from Sarajevo to Belegrade, or conversely, offers a fantastic opportunity to explore some of the significant sights of Eastern Bosnia and Western Serbia - Visegrad, Andricgrad and Drvengrad. Visegrad, the first location, possesses an extensive and rich history. It is known for its iconic UNESCO protected Old Stone Bridge, the gift from Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasha Sokolovic.
The subsequent destination is Andricgrad, alternatively known as Kamengrad or Stone City. This is a brainchild of acclaimed film director Emir Kusturica, inspired by the works of Nobel Laureate Ivo Andric.
Also on the itinerary is the charming Ethno Village Drvengrad, also known as Wooden City. Its stunning beauty will take your breath away, as will the unique experience of Mokra Gora’s Sargan Eight ride - a vintage narrow-gauge railway. The final stop on this journey is Belegrade, your final destination.
If you wish, this tour can begin in Belegrade and conclude in Sarajevo.
