Ago the best tour guide - We had an amazing trip with our host Ago he was very knowledgeable and adapted the trip due to a power outage. He decided to take us to the tunnel via some ones house which was better than going to the museum!

Great way to learn real history - What a great way to learn about what happened in Sarajevo. For me, it was something I saw on the news. But to have a much deeper understanding was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was patient.

Immersive Tunnel of Hope replica and engaging tour - Visiting the Tunnel of Hope was a chilling and immersive experience - it really defined for me the stories of the hardships for those who traveled through it during the conflict.

Great tour and great guide - I was absolutely delighted with the “Fall of Yugoslavia” themed tour I took with Meet Bosnia Tours. Our guide (what a shame that I forgot to ask him his first name at the end of the visit), gave us extremely interesting and lively explanations on the progress of the siege of Sarajevo, the conditions which allowed the massacres and the state of the current spirit of the Serbs and Bosniaks who today cohabit as best they can in well-defined territories. She was also extremely friendly and spoke English and French very well. Bosnia is a battered but magnificent country that is just waiting to welcome foreigners; don’t hesitate to go there and take a tour with Meet Bosnia Tours, they offer a wide variety of options!

Must do in Bosnia-Herzegovina - This was a fantastic tour including a lot of spots difficult to access independently with great information and context. Our guide Ago was very knowledgeable and friendly, sharing his personal experiences and opinions. Many of the sites would not be known to regular tourists and really needed the guide to help understand their significance. An absolute must-do in Sarajevo for those interested in the history of BiH.

Very insightful - I was pretty familiar with the history in the former Yugoslavia, but this tour was nonetheless more astonishing than I had expected. Both Alan (who was four years at the time the siege started) and driver Faruk (who worked at the police force in Sarajevo at the time) offered many interesting insights. It is worth taking the trip, and especially the history of the Tunnel of Hope stands out as an achievement beyond belief. A knowledgeable guide definitely adds to the experience.

Great Tour and Guide - This was a very interesting tour where we learned a lot about the Bosnian war and the siege of Sarajevo. Ahmed was an extremely knowledgeable tour guide and made the tour all the more interesting by telling us stories about his family and how they survived the terrible siege.

It's a clear yet interesting presentation on the complicated political/ socio-historical situation of Sarajevo. Easy to follow and he answered lots of our questions. Definitely recommend!
