A visit to the memorial centre dedicated to the victims of genocide is also on our itinerary, where a survivor’s personal account will be shared, followed by a video presentation revealing further facts. We will also pay our respects at the cemetery, final resting place for victims of the first genocide in Europe since WWII. Afterwards, our trip will take us to the town itself where the current local life will be observed. Our return trip to Sarajevo will entail a discussion about the post-war existence in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
