Take this tour - This was an excellent tour with Ago as our guide. He connected with the while group straight away and kept everyone engaged in what is a difficult topic. He shared so much information in a passionate way. The site locations were profound but the time learning there and back was so helpful to help process it all. Ago was also very well informed in international matters which helped engage with the international group..We had lovely Bosnian food en route. It was a very full day and I would highly recommend.

Powerful and well organized journey - We had an exceptional visit to Srebrenica with Almir, who is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He shared his own story and helpful history of the war on our drive. The museum itself is very moving and rich. You could easily visit for several days. There are so many stories and angles to examine. It was a powerful experience.

Informative and helpful travel option to learn about Srebrenica - Srebrenica was one of the most important places on my travel plans to BiH because it is such a significant place. I knew I could learn more ona. guided tour and would concentrate better if I didn't have to negotiate figuring out bus schedules and other travel so this tour was a helpful and informative option. Our guide, Almir, is very personable and showed us places outside the main visit site that I wouldn't have otherwise known about.
Remember to bring proper clothing to visit the cemetery- there was a dress code there similar to entering a mosque. Nobody prevents people from entering if they aren't properly dressed but it is a good thing to be aware of.

Superb - Almir, our guide, really made this trip. He is an exceptionally well read, funny, down-to-earth guy who is passionate about this part of BiH and this tour in particular. The four-hour round trip was a breeze because of such fascinating conversation about Srebrenica, the former Yugoslavia, Bosnia past, present and future, not to mention his penchant for psychology.

Highly recommended tour - This was a moving and very interesting and informative tour. The Memorial museum was very thorough and interesting. Watching the 1 hour documentary was quite moving, so sad what these people had to go through. Our guide Almir was excellent, very knowledgeable and allowed us to spend as much time at the cemetery as everyone needed. This was the best tour i did in Bosnia. Highly recommended if you wish to learn more about the atrocities that happened in Srebrenica.

Stories and lessons that will never be forgotten - I often say that the more I learn, the more I realise I don't know. Before this trip, I was not aware of the horrors of Srebrenica, and this tour unveiled important and deeply moving truths that will stay with me forever.
Almir is an exceptional guide and a captivating storyteller. His energy and charisma were heart-warming and infectious. He masterfully balanced the upsetting realities with examples of courage, solidarity, and resilience, bringing light and inspiration to one of the darkest chapters in modern history.
This tour is more than an educational excursion, it's a journey that will touch your heart and broaden your perspective.

Superb tour with Almir of a heart-breaking subject - Obviously it's a harrowing subject and a painful part of Bosnia's past, but a story more people need to know. The tour was made by our guide Almir, who gave a detailed account of the history, the conflict and the resolution. He was open, honest, and happy to answer any questions about the past, his experiences and the future. Presumably if you're reading this you have some knowledge of the atrocity, I thoroughly recommend taking this tour and learning much more and an invaluable unique personal insight from Almir.

Memorable and educational tour - A really memorable day, I learnt so much from our driver (ulma - sorry wrong spelling) ans the guide once we arrived. These types of lived experiences cannot be expressed or translated as well into books and it’s important to hear these real narratives.
The guides were phenomenal and the day was intense, heavy and educational. I would recommend!
Bring some snacks as a long journey (there is also stop off on the way)

Somber, Necessary Experience - Though this is obviously a somber experience, I cannot rate it highly enough. The genocide of Bosniaks by Serb forces is largely untaught in the United States and this experience is a necessary corrective for American visitors to Bosnia. I appreciated that the tour organization sensitively addressed the genocide and ensured that our visit respected religious and cultural observations. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and offered a lot of additional information while traveling to and from the Museum. He had additional resources, such as short YouTube clips, prepared for us and stopped at meaningful points along the way to contextualize the scope of the atrocity, the continuing devastation, and ongoing controversies related to glorification or war criminals. This visit shifted and enhanced my understanding of what occurred during the Srebrenica Genocide and helped put a more human face to that understanding.
