An Amazing Tour Guide- Sharing his personal stories and factual historical knowledge! - I commenced communicating with Suvad a few months back to confirm my schedule and tours on Sarajevo and Mostar. Everything was simple and easy, he is very good at communicating and defining the plan based on what you want to do. I had two days touring with Suvad and return airport transfers, i thought he was rather reasonable, hence paid approx $205 euro for 2 and a half days touring. He picked me from the airport and we went direct to Mostar, spent the night there in shared accomodation. We commenced Mostar tour at 8am the next day, however the night before we walked around and had a splendid dinner. He shares his insights and gived you a complete perspective, from a history and personal perspective. So i enjoyed the transfer of knowledge and the tours were nice and light too, a reasonable amount of working, however you get a complete perspective and not a bias view based on any religious thought. Thats what i really enjoyed that you had a neutral perspective. His also a very nice guy, so good to engage him as a guide, get some thoughts as to what you want to do and let him plan it out for you!

Lovely and lively private tour guides - My friends and I signed up for the Sarajevo and Herzegovina tours. Both times it was more like a private tour as we were the only ones with the tour guide. It was very convenient because the tour guides can easily answer our questions and their attentions were dedicated to our small group. Both tour guides were also accommodating to our interests regarding their history, food, culture, among other topics; plus, they let us take as many pictures as we want and let us go shopping while on tour! What I ultimately love and appreciate is their pride of their rich cultural history. Both tour guides were very passionate about their careers and their country. Even just the store owners and restaurant staff members are very much proud of their crafts. Overall, wonderful country, wonderful people, wonderful trip! Highly advised for everyone to come visit! Note: To find the tour company, you have to walk past the reception desk of ETN Hotel towards the back.

Passionate about Sarajevo - Suvad was a brilliant guide - full of interesting details, able to give more information any time someone asked an awkward question and clearly passionate about his city! He gave us a brilliant walking tour of the old city, accompanied us on our various visits around the country and made sure we were eating some incredible food (except for the yoghurt drink thing. That isn't pleasant, no matter what he tells you!) Suvad's own story and his openness in sharing his emotions meant that Sarajevo became a lot more than just buildings, sights and photos - it became real to us in a way that few tourist guides can ever make a city 'real' for people visiting for only a few days. Thank you Suvad- and I'm sure I'll see you back in Sarajevo soon!
