Best Cruise Ship Option - Erald from Tea Tours made the day. Quick pickup at the port. Nice transportation and informative narration. All questions were answered with a personal touch. As a solo traveler in the off season, I was offered the opportunity to join another couple on a more complete tour for a nominal fee. My tour then included Lëkurësi Castle, a town walking tour and two museums in addition to the trip to Blue Eye National Park. The small group and delightful guide made for a wonderful day.

Beautiful place and lovely people! - Had a blast on this trip with a couple of my friends,the place was GORGEOUS and it was a breath of fresh air in the midst of the summer heat.The driver and the staff were quite nice and made the trip much more enjoyable to us.Cant wait to visit again!

Beautiful but not quite what was expected - The Blue Eye national park is absolutely stunning. One of the most picturesque places I have ever been to. The experience itself was not quite what we were expecting. We assumed we were essentially just booking transfers to and from the park, which is exactly what we got but just not in the way we were expecting. We opted to meet the tour at Sarande port but there is no other information about where to be or what to look for. We tried contacting the operators but had no response so went to their nearest office. The lady there was very helpful and we were picked up from there. We were expecting a mini bus (or something to this effect) but it was just the two of us in someone’s car being driven to the national park. Once we arrived we were a bit confused about what was going on, the guide stayed with us (we opted to get the train to the main site so he met us the other end) and then we were left to explore with the only instructions our guide will be waiting at the restaurant, no indication of what time we had to explore. We’d say just bare this in mind when thinking about expectations but the Blue eye and the whole national park was incredible

Beautiful spring! - The natural beauty of the Blue Eye is very special. It is a stunning phenomena of a natural spring. The water is crystal clear throughout the park. The entrance fee is very reasonable @ 200 lek per car. Once you leave the main road, the unpaved road is quite bumpy, still manageable in a regular car, if you are careful and drive slowly. There are lots of large potholes. Unfortunately, the infrastructure of the park (small bridges, trails and several surrounding areas) are in need of TLC. Still worth a visit. Around 22 km from Sarande.

Beautiful trip, but poorly organized - The same day as the tour I was working from 16:00 local time (from home/the hotel) it was important for me to leave at the earliest option, which was 09:30, in order to return in time. I said this to the travel agent before booking the trip, and before we received the payment link. However on the actual day we were contacted and they said we would leave at 11:30. When I said this was not possible due to my work, they tried to convince me to leave later. After much back and forth, and many discussions on the phone, the tour guide gave in, and arrived 45 minutes late. Their only job is to drive us to the Blue eye and back (they are not entering with us), therefore I was surprised how much hassle it was to leave on the time that we agreed on. Except of this, the Blue eye was beautiful and worth seeing.

Not worth it - No guide, just a driver. 1h walking, 1h driving and just 1hour in the park. Absolutely not as mentioned in the description! You should go by yourself as you won’t have a guide here either.
