The adventures of kayaking - Well, my brother didn’t realize that there was fish food in the jar and so he just tossed it all at once. Then the minnows were swarming and then they ended up flooding their kayak and sunk it. But the guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see it in person but once I heard about it, I could not stop laughing. It was hilarious!! Totally recommend for people that just wanna have a fun night you can be loud and they don’t care. It was a great time!!

Relaxing time, no guarantee on what you’ll see. - Friendly and knowledgeable staff, had bug spray for guests. Very calm experience and mostly shallow water. Unfortunately didn’t see any manatees dolphins or sharks as hoped but not their fault. Got feed and see lots of catfish needle fish and saw some crabs. Good view of downtown Sarasota. Easy free parking and very clear directions.

Feeding fish - Although the tour guide and assistant (Brandan) were very friendly & nice, we expected some history of the water & area. Tips: let kayakers know, “if you want to take a sunset picture-now is the time”. We expected to take some nice pictures, but didn’t know the plan of the evening. Waters were very choppy!

Canceled on us - They canceled on us day of due to boat issues. Offered refund or different day which was great, except it was our last day of vacation. It was our big finally for granddaughter before she went back home. So it was heart breaking for her, more so due to her special volleyball camp got canceled too. Her visit to grams was a bunch of cancelation, which sucked. Maybe next year .....

Terrible costumer service!! - Unfortunately, our trip got canceled due to the weather. However. I’ve been trying to call, email & text the number given but nobody has answered or emailed me back. I’m quite upset cause I feel scammed out of $110 even after they texted and told me to contact them to either get a refund or reschedule for a different date. I left a voicemail and everything and still nothing. Hopefully they at least see this and reach back out to me but I doubt it. I would stay far away from this place

Sharky's a big disappointment!! - We were on.our honeymoon and booked this trip and were exited to go. However, when we got to the location for the 8pm trip, no representative from Sharky's was there. We attempted to call without success. So, we began to text. 7 other customers showed up. We finally made contact with Sharky's and we're told the trip had been canceled due to weather. The sun was out....lol. 2 of the other customers said this was there 3rd night in a row "canceled" trip. Sharky's said they notified customers via email at 6pm. None of us had received any such notification. We even checked our spam, trash and text. Sharky's should have had a representative present to tell everyone what was going on . So, with that said we had no "memorable moments" with Sharky's. We booked a trip with another company the following night. We will not recommend Sharky's.

Lack of communication - Was disappointing that our tour had to be canceled due to weather (too windy). But the lack of communication is why I'm writing this review. We didn't find out about the cancellation until we arrived, and learned about it from another guest who had called. The Sharkey's people never responded to my call or text. Our fee was promptly refunded, though. I do think Sharkey's should contact people registered for a tour to let them know about cancellations, which is what they say they will do in their materials. Some had to travel quite a ways to be at the loading dock, and prior notice would have saved us all a trip over. Communicate!
