My best experience !!! - The staff, the guide Addul Vallecillos, was excellent, the information, the dedication and all the services were super. I did 3 more tours with them and it has been my best experience.
Thank you, I have already started organizing family and friends to return !!!

Disappointing and overpriced - This tour is not worth $189, and I didn't enjoy it because the driving was too long and the 2 activities were short. The tour is overpriced and disappointing compared to other cheaper La Fortuna tours that offer a lot more activities. There were only my friend and I on this tour. There was no tour guide in the vehicle, only the unfriendly driver (Eduardo), who speaks limited English. We only had 2 hours in the hot springs, which is not enough time because the resort is huge. The driver told us that we had to drive back to San Jose after the scheduled lunch at 2 pm. I told him that the tour was supposed to last 12-13 hours, and it was shorter than advertised. He just said we needed to leave La Fortuna after lunch. So, while we were having lunch, the driver messaged me on WhatsApp saying that he was already waiting outside for us. The tour was advertised as 12-13 hours, but it was only 10-11 hours because the driver rushed us, and we had no time to return to the pools after lunch. Obviously, the driver just wanted to finish much earlier and not complete the tour as described.
