Best tour for seeing a variety of wildlife! - Issys was super easy to work with. We made a last minute decision to squeeze in a tour before leaving the country and they got us set up in less than 24 hours all via WhatsApp! Our guide (Nolberto) was absolutely fantastic and this tour did not disappoint. We had a lively discussion during the drive, saw more animals than we expected (crocodiles, iguanas, multiple types of herons, ibis, egrets, white faced monkeys), and had a delicious traditional lunch at a local ranch. We would definitely recommend Issys and this particular tour.

Pale Verde Boat tour for 4 - Boat ride was fun and saw several animals along the way as advertised! Nolberto was very knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire experience!

Palo Verde is. must! - our tour guide Luis was great! he was knowledgeable and so friendly!! highly recommend him. he had great information not only on Palo Berde but also general information on Costa Rica. even describing how the sugar field harvests work as we passed the fields along the way. the Pali Verde tour was fabulous. we saw monkeys up close and vcrocodiles and so many kinds of birds. great half day trip!!

Great tour with great guide - Great tour with an even great guide, Nolberto Hernandez. We saw monkeys, crocodiles and many water birds. Nolberto was so knowledgeable about every animal, the river, Costa Rican history, etc. He made the trip fun too! It was a perfect tour.

Palo Verde boat tour with amazing tour company! - This is an amazing tour with a fabulous company! We asked for a tour at the last moment and the company was very quick to respond with a yes for the very next day. Our guide arrived at 7:30 and on our way to the national park, we were able to drive through some local villages and enjoy seeing the area. At the national park, we boarded a boat and saw many different types of animals - crocodiles, many birds, multiple iguanas, a troop of monkeys, bats, and more. Our guide was very informative and highly knowledgeable about Costa Rica as well as most of central and south America. After the tour, we went to a local ranch for a very delicious typical Costa Rican lunch - homemade corn tortillas, rice and beans, slaw salad, veggie salsa, eggs, chicken, fresh juice and coffee. We watched the ladies make the tortillas on the open fire. Overall, it was a fabulous day with a great guide, and we would recommend the tour and especially this company 110%!!!

Christmas with the crocs - Noelberto is very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about wild life and Costa Rica preservation efforts. Highly recommend Solano as the boat captain! Saw many crocs , monkeys, owls, birds and iguanas!

Great Tourism Company for our vacations - We booked all our services with them, they picked us up at the airport, Esteban was our driver, his service was very professional and he was attentive at all times of our arrival. We also did the Palo Verde tour where my kids and wife really enjoyed the wide variety of animals we got to see, the crocodiles were amazing. We did two more excursions (Sloth Encounter and Miravalles Volcano) both were excellent and the weather was great for all our activities, taking into account that there is already a rainy season. Michael the tour guide was very amazing to us, he knows a lot about Costa Rica, its beautiful culture, and the delicious food. Thank you guys, I will be back. Highly recommend you!

Amazing and informative tour - Great trip, both the ride to/from the boat tour as well as the boat tour itself. The tour guides had excellent (english) communication skills. They were very knowledgeable and extremely informative about the area, family, lifestyles, agriculture and the wildlife -- and were excellent at spotting wildlife. We saw a huge variety including white-faced monkeys, crocs, birds, iguanas etc. The boat captain would spot something, stop and get as close as possible for pictures, and the tour guide provided awesome explanations of the wildlife. The spotting skills of the captain was amazing, so much variety. Quite an unforgettable adventure. On the way back we stopped for an absolutely delicious locally authentic included meal. We highly recommend ISSYS. Besides this tour, we used ISSYS for transportation to and from the airport to our resort. For this they were also awesome. They were early (no waiting whatsoever) and provided great service at a reasonable price.

Estaban and ISSYS Tours are AMAZING! - Has been 9yrs since our last visit and since we had such a great experience with ISSYS we decided to stick with them for many outings, which included; private transfer airport to resort and back, trip to Liberia and back, Palo Verde National Park, and a custom private tour of local public beach away from tourists... to our satisfaction Estaban was our private tour guide throughout the week, he is packed with knowledge of his home country and the region of Guanacaste that he now lives in. Made for a very memorable trip that would not have been the same without him. Look forward to our next trip to Costa Rica and will continue to work with ISSYS for our needs! River tour - Super tour with a great guide on the river followed by an amazing meal cooked by the family. Would definitely recommend anyone to go.
