You’ll accompany your host Cesarina to the local market, where you’ll be shown how to choose the finest ingredients for the season. Following that, you’ll return to their residence, indulge in a warm Italian Aperitivo, and commence the cooking class. You will learn to prepare a unique Pasta type, representative of the city you are in, along with the renowned Tiramisu dessert.
After the class, you will get to savor all the dishes you’ve prepared, complemented by local wines.
