Awesome! - This was one of the best days ever! Our hotel was in Port Ghalib so it was a really long way (3 hours per bus and about 2,5 hours per boat) but it was absolutely worth it. We were picked up and didn't have to worry about anything else for the day. The crew was super nice, helped everyone with their snorkeling stuff and gave out suitable equipment when you had nothing yourself. Lunch and beverages are provided. We were able to see the dolphins several times when we were in the water. Can 100% recommend!

Once in a lifetime - A unique experience. We were very lucky, and on the second day there was a very large school of dolphins on the reef early in the morning. As we were a very small group with only eleven snorkeling, the mood was extremely relaxed, and we could snorkel/drift for a long time just a few inches away or even in the middle of the school. Dolphins just a few inches away, in front of you, behind you, on either side. The less movement of us, the closer they got. Mustafa was a great host, talking on board with the crew at eye level and not just the standard tourist fun. Snorkel guides and photographer also super professional! Marsa Waves also shuts down the generator at night, which I have experienced differently. Less noise, smell and better for the environment! We'll be back!

Once in a lifetime - Sataya Overnight, not my first time. First day no dolphins, everyone was sad. Second day: 80 dolphins, they were quiet and allowed us snorklers to dive within their group, as long as we made no big movements. 40 dolphins on your right, 30 on your left, just inches away, looking at you: Once in a lifetime. We were pumped with adrenaline after that. What made the tour with Marsa Waves special: - they allow you to swim from the boat at any time (huuuge plus) - they turn out the generator at night, so no noise, no light disturbance when watching the stars, better for environment -Snorkeling guides were attentive and friendly Finally: Mustafa as Lead-Guide was very good and has potential to become an actual host. He was professional, kept us well informed and made conversation that actually deserves that name. So you do not feel like a tourist with an IQ of 80, kept happy with a few childish jokes - you rather feel like a respected person. That was unusual and very nice.

The magic of swimming with dolphins! - An excursion not to be missed!!! a night on the boat very comfortable and dolphins by the dozens!....what emotions, swimming with them in peace! The staff of the boat cared for little, even if we only had German fellow passengers, it did not alter this moment full of magic. You can also go diving even in initiation, very kind guides!

All in all a nice but also strenuous trip - It was a very interesting excursion and the numerous Define were also visible on the reef after a short trip with a rubber boat, although several times only briefly. Several ships were moored on the reef with numerous guests who probably all wanted to see dolphins. At least the dolphins didn't seem to mind as they are faster anyway. At the same mooring you could snorkel for 30 minutes on the beautiful reef with clear water. Our trip started at 3:50am in El Qusier and we were back around 7pm. In the water we were about 1h in good weather. It should be noted that the minibus journey to the port Hamata is quite long (in our case 3.5h) and the subsequent boat trip takes another good 2h each way, which then becomes quite a challenge in seas and fresh wind. Here it is recommended to have something warming to cover. The boat was well staffed with 35 guests from different tour groups and made a good external impression. The crew was nice and helpful and already has a certain routine here. Note that the "National Park Fee" OnTop is collected on the boat and Dollar is probably rather reluctant to be seen. All in all, it was a beautiful but also exhausting day.
