Swissotel Makkah hotel - A truly exceptional hotel. I have traveled a lot, and I have never felt as relaxed as I did in this hotel. Everything is wonderful, from the view to the room service and the reception – truly top-notch. God willing, we'll be back there again. May God reward you with all the best.

Professional and Cooperative Team - We first took the Madinah Ziyarats tour and we were quite satisfied with the guide and service. That's why we booked Makkah too and also satisfied with them.

Great experience. - Went for umrah during Ramadan. Extremely crowded but to be expected. Crowd control was very efficient and glad for the way they handle those making umrah only on the ground floor around the kabbah. Excellent experience. Can't wait to return inshallah.

Great experience - From Madinah ziyarats, this ziyarat tour was more organized and the driver was on time. Also their support staff keep me updated.

Nice experience - The tour was good. Abou hamza was a very good guide, he knew a lot about the story of places, and was very on time. Liked it

Not worth the money charged - There was alot of confusion about who the guide was as even the person who showed up over 20 minutes late thought he was coming for something different. Because we truly believe that Makkah is super safe we got into the car and started tour. Guide was not very knowledgeable. My parents who have visited Makkah multiple times over their lifetimes had better knowledge. We were hoping to learn more from a local guide and we assumed he was local as his urdu or english wasn't very good but he didn't know too much. overall we got our information from a combination of my parents knowledge and a book on historical landmarks. the only benefit we truly had from guide was that he was driving so he drove vs us trying to figure out route on our own.

Makkah road trip-too short and expensive - While the driver accompaniment was good , it was a mess to find a good slot time because of road closing around El Haram; Beside of this, the car trip can't let you see in details all the stations given time constraints (e.g: Ghar Hiraa-El Nour mountain, would take itself 3 hours to climb, El Thawr mountain was closed to visit !) which let me think that the price provided is too high: 100 USD for two persons. Suggest to review the product price and explain more clearly that's more sightseeing than a real discovery.

A tour guide who was not really a tour guide but a taxi driver - Had booked the tour for 10 am. The driver turned up at 11 am., and that was after several wattsap messages to their admin. The car we went in was quite shoddy, but the driver was quite friendly. However, it's basically a taxi service. Better to use Uber to visit the various sites.

AVOID. MONEY WASTE - Avoid booking this, waste of money. Not a tour at all, basically a drive by of some places most of which are closed so you cannot see or go inside. You can do the same thing in a taxi. If you get a taxi to Hira, it costs max 50 SAR from Haram and you can climb it - this tour does not let you climb anything or barely stop. On the drive in a taxi you will be able to see the sights that are on this “tour”. Booked an English speaking guide but he did not speak English. Me and my husband are not Pakistani but he spoke Urdu, I could understand a little and had to translate to my husband but sometimes did not know what he was saying myself. It is probably to book a ziyarat when you are here in Mecca than prebooking. Would not reccomend and have requested a refund.

Check who is doing the tour! - I found out that this is a Pakistan (check telephone number). This has caused too many issues for us in both tour bookings in Mecca and Medina. 1) not a guide tour … the Pakistani driver speaks little Arabic or English. In fact they know very little about the sites 2) unprofessional - the drivers were not interested in us or the tour. They are sending text messages while driving ! 3) late - both drivers overslept ! Both arrived 1 hour later
